Dear Sir :

With the stern commitment of ___________________ to eradicate illegal

drug problems and other forms of crime in the Municipality, this station extended its
efforts in conducting activities such as school and barangay visitations,
lectures/symposium and dialogue to different strategic groups, sectors of people and
stakeholders. Further, these activities aimed to persuade them not to use and/or
push illegal drugs , prevent occurrence of crime and teach them the social skills to
recognize and resist peer influence and other pressures.

Thus, the ________________ will conduct lecture/symposium in connection

with the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) and Kabataan Kontra Droga
at Terorismo (KKDAT) Program of the PNP.

In line with this campaign, we would like to ask your good office the
assistance that we need to realize such goal. We seek your assistance in providing
us snacks for the upcoming activities, to wit;
