The Don Honorio Ventura State University Apalit Campus (DAC), Civic Welfare and
Training Services in collaboration with the Gender and Development Student Advocates
commit themselves to give importance on the youth participation through providing students
community development programs, projects and activities contributory to nation building, and
achievement of social transformation, focusing on the welfare and development of student’s
civic consciousness. To continue offering our students a top-notch education, the DAC-CWTS

Genderized Mental Health and Emotional Awareness Seminar.
