Dear Ma’am:

Greetings!

I would like to inform your good office that I am expressing my approval of the Book Drive and
Feeding Program that the English Club Officers of Southern Mindanao Colleges have planned
for this coming December 2024 at Sta. Lucia Elementary School. I am thrilled to see the
students' dedication to making a positive impact in their community.

The initiative of conducting a book drive is remarkable as it will provide:

a) An opportunity for those who have limited access to reading materials to

enhance their knowledge and develop their skills.
b) A noble cause as it will address the immediate needs of those who are
vulnerable and underprivileged.

As a member of this community, I am proud of the students and their efforts to make a
difference. It is heartening to see young minds empathize with the plight of others and take the
necessary steps to address them.

This initiative is a testament to the quality of education and values that Southern Mindanao
Colleges instils in its students. It is crucial that schools encourage and foster the growth of
students' social consciousness. By providing such projects, schools develop students' overall
personality and instil in them essential skills required for a responsible and contributing citizen.
Hence, I wholeheartedly approve of the book drive and feeding program at Southern Mindanao
Colleges, and I hope that it serves as an inspiration to other students to initiate such projects
that create a meaningful impact.

Rest assured the English Club Officers in this institution will update you for their upcoming
activities in your office.

Anticipating your utmost kind favorable action on this matter.

Thank you for the moral support.
God Bless Southern Mindanao Colleges.

Sincerely Yours,

SHAREL MAE C. TACULOY

Iwould like to inform your good office that I am highly fascinated upon applying in the said
position that is advertised on a site that is accessible within this institution. Furthermore, this is
to express my interest in applying for the position of an English teacher at Southern Mindanao
Colleges (SMC). I learned about this job opening through the Facebook page of Southern
Mindanao Colleges, which inspired me to apply.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from Southern Mindanao
Colleges. I know first-hand that SMC is an excellent institution that values academic excellence
and student development.

My academic background and experience in teaching English make me an excellent candidate

for this job with 3 years of experience in teaching English. Currently, I am teaching English as a
Second Language (ESL) to international students at a language school, where I have honed my
teaching skills such as lesson planning, student assessment, and communication with parents
and school management.

As an alumna of SMC's Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English program, I have

learned the importance of student engagement and creating a conducive learning environment.
I always strive to provide novel and effective ways to present the lessons while taking into
consideration the students' needs and learning styles.
I have honed my teaching skills in lesson planning, assessing students' performance, and
developing communication and collaboration with parents and school management. Therefore,
I believe that that Southern Mindanao Colleges is the right institution for me to work, grow and
help students' growth and development. I am confident that my teaching experience, academic
knowledge, and communicative skills will contribute to the school's mission of providing quality
education.

If given a chance, I assure you that I will work hard to achieve the institution's goals and
objectives, provide high-quality education to students, and contribute to the development of
an outstanding academic program at Southern Mindanao Colleges.
Enclosed with this letter are my Curriculum Vitae that contain my academic qualifications,

qualifications.

Thank you for considering my application and Mabuhay Southern Mindanao Colleges.

SALES LETTER

Product (Book written by Taculoy, Sharel Mae)

Dear Reader,

We live in a world where kindness is often overlooked, and people might even feel hesitant to
show it because they think it will make them appear weak or vulnerable. However, nothing
could be further from the truth. In fact, showing kindness is one of the most powerful things we
can do, and it costs nothing but a little time and thoughtfulness. That is precisely why I have
written a book called "Kindness Doesn't Cost Any Penny" to encourage you to cultivate
kindness in your life.

In this book, I have written about the numerous benefits of kindness for both the giver and the
receiver. I share stories of random acts of kindness, and how they can impact lives in
unexpected ways. I also provide suggestions and tips on how you can incorporate kindness into
your daily routine, making it a part of your lifestyle.

But why is kindness important? In a world where we seem to be in a constant rush, stress
levels are high, and negativity can be prevalent, showing kindness can make a world of
difference. It can help reduce stress levels, foster positive interactions, and make others feel
appreciated and loved. It can also lead to new friendships, strengthen existing relationships,
and create a more compassionate and empathetic world. I believe everyone can benefit from
reading this book, especially in these trying times.

As we navigate the challenges of a global pandemic, economic uncertainties, and social unrest,
it's essential to remind ourselves of the power of kindness. And this is where "Kindness Doesn't
Cost Any Penny" comes in. I encourage you to read it and share it with your loved ones, to
spread kindness and positivity while making a difference in the world.

The book is available in both paperback and digital versions on National Bookstore, Rex
Bookstore, and other major retailers. I am confident that it will inspire and motivate you to
make kindness an integral part of your life. Thank you for your time, and I hope you enjoy
reading "Kindness Doesn't Cost Any Penny" as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Best regards,

SHAREL MAE C. TACULOY
