(SGD.) VICE-PRESIDENT SARA Z. DUTERTE

DepEd Secretary
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Regional Director Class of 2023

With bountiful joy and boundless

admiration, I extend my sincerest and
heartfelt felicitations to the Extraordinary
trailblazers of Central Luzon, the illustrious
graduates of Batch 2023.

Throughout your years in K-12 system, you have weathered

challenges, overcome obstacles, and shown remarkable resilience
most especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our experience
of the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us the true power of
education. From the early years of kindergarten, where you took
your first steps into formal schooling to the final years of senior
high school, where you honed your talents and discovered your
passions, each stage has contributed to the shaping the person
you are today.
But my dear graduates, it is your resilience that has truly set
you apart. The journey through K to 12 has not been without its
share of challenges. From adjusting to new learning environments
and facing rigorous academic demands to adapting to online
learning and other distance learning modalities during
unforeseen circumstances, you have demonstrated your strength
and determination to succeed despite all odds.
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Regional Director Class of 2023

Now that you are to start another chapter in your lives, I advise
you to always bring with you the foundation you have built as a core
testament to your great resilience. My dear graduates, never be afraid
of embracing new opportunities, embracing your hearts’ desires, and
even embracing the challenges that lie ahead of you. Stand firm and
bring with you a brave heart to follow your dreams, you shall ascend
above every hurdle, triumphing over adversity and surmounting every
obstacle that has crossed your path. May you never forget the lesson
you have learned, the relationships and friendships you have forged,
and all the teachers and educators who have ben with you all the way.
As you embark on this new chapter, may your resilience help you
navigate into the vast ocean of life, withstanding all storms and
shipwrecks, and may you find yourself celebrating the victories of life
and be with Motherland in her pursuit of a lifelong learning project.
Congratulations, K to 12 Graduates! You are the embodiment of
resilience, and I have no doubt that you will make a positive impact on
the world.

Best wishes for your future endeavors.”

Regional Director
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Schools Division Superintendent Class of 2023

Let the caps fly and celebrations begin!

My warmest felicitations to the Graduates of

Batch 2023 for overcoming unprecedented
challenges and obstacles throughout your
academic journey. This Batch not only battled
academic pursuits but also embraced the
challenges of COVID-19 which entirely
revolutionized their learning from conventional to
remote and hybrid education. Indeed, you mirror
this year’s DepEd Graduation theme: “K to 12
Graduates: Molded through a Resilient
Educational Foundation”.

As you step out into your next journey, I hope that you carry with
you the 21st Century knowledge, skills, and values that the Schools
Division of Zambales has inculcated in you. May you always imbibe the
importance of kindness, respect, and empathy toward others, for these
values will lead you to further success and fulfillment in both personal
and professional endeavors.
We have always been taught that talent and brilliance alone are the
keys to success, however, as we ponder on this year’s theme; it is our
ability to getup when life knocks us down and our determination to
pursue our goals and dreams even through the darkest times truly defines
our feat.
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Schools Division Superintendent
Class of 2023

Hence, I dare you all, dear graduates, to keep on learning, keep on

dreaming and keep on growing in humility as you make a difference, for I
believe that all your teachers in SDO Zambales have vowed to have
equipped you with the lifelong skills you need to face the uncertain and
challenging world. Remember to face every obstacle as an opportunity to
grow and a chance to showcase our perseverance because champions
are made from countless setbacks.

Finally, never forget to acknowledge and appreciate all those who

have been part of your achievement – your parents, teachers, and our
Lord God who made it all possible.

Congratulations MATATAG Graduates of Batch 2023!

JESSIE D. FERRER, CESO V

Schools Division Superintendent
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Public Schools District Supervisor Class of 2023
My warmest greetings and congratulations
to our Graduates for reaching this momentous
part in your lives. My greetings too to the
school Principal and Teachers of Dirita-
Baloguen Elementary School, the PTA Officers
and members and parents who have been very
dedicated and supportive to ensure that
quality education is achieved by our learners.
This year’s theme, “K to 12 Graduates: Molded Through a
Resilient Educational Foundation,” reminds us of the new
generations’ competence in contributing positive change to the
nation as they adapt to difficult and challenging life experiences.
With the K to 12 program and the strong partnership among
stakeholders, these graduates are equipped with the values,
knowledge, competencies and skills which will serve as their
potent shield in facing life’s challenges.

Dear graduates, there is still a long journey ahead of you, may

you continue to be resilient, to be strong as you navigate the
challenges of a dynamic, globalized society.
Republic of the Philippines
Department of Education
Office of the Public Schools District Supervisor
Class of 2023
Never stop trying. Never stop learning. Never stop dreaming.
Dream of what you want your life to be, the kind of life you wish
to build, and believe in that dream. Be prepared to work for it.
Always remember, each dream is important because it is your
dream. It is your future and it is worth working for.

Give nothing but your best, for when you give the best that
you can, the best will also come back to you. The journey of life
brings both challenges and chances. Try to beat all the challenges
and grab the opportunities. Most of all, do not forget to engage
your heart in seeking for success in life.

To the school administrators, teachers and parents, may this

theme remind us of our role to shape our learners into becoming
well-rounded individuals who are ready to take their place in the
society and succeed in life.

Again, congratulations and may you have a wonderful and

blessed graduation.

PANGARAP KONG PANGARAP MO

Zephanie Dimaranan

At huwag matakot abutin at liparin itong
Saan man makarating ay dadalhin
Magtiwalang mapapasaakin
Pangarap mo

Dama ang kaunlaran
Pinagpala sa ganda ng kapaligiran

May ganda’t yaman ating lahi
Ito ang lalawigang Zambales

Mabuhay ang isigaw
Lalawigang Zambales
Langit ang siyang kawangis
Mga tanawin at biyaya ay kaakit – akit
Masaganang ani sa dagat at bukid
Bunga ng sipag ay nakamit
Tamis ng tagumpay ay hatid
Sintamis ng manggang Zambales
