MESSAGE

On behalf of the other officials of SDO Camarines

Sur, I take joy and pride in congratulating you all,
graduates for School Year 2021-2022 with the
proud parents and guardians, as well as your
school head, teaching and non-teaching personnel
for this very special momentous in your lives. This
notable event marks another milestone in your
educational ladder as young and promising
builders of our nation. Though this school year has
been challenging as we adjust to the new set up of
our education system, you have consistently become proactive in your tasks to be part
of the graduating class. I am confident that our beloved teachers with the support of the
non-teaching personnel and stakeholders, have prepared and equipped you with all the
knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies essential to survive in this era
characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

This year’s graduation theme: “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga

Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok” highlights and recognizes that despite the risks
and uncertainty brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the challenges it has
posed to education, our Filipino learners remain resolute in their desire to build a better
future anchored on a clear vision. Amidst inevitable challenges, your aptitudes as
Filipino learners will make you proficient and competent as entrepreneurs, employees,
middle level skills workers or college students. Whichever you choose, develop your full

potential as nation-builders. Pursue your dreams, be focused, determined, disciplined

and always practice the virtues and values instilled in you. Let all your learnings inspire
you to be at your best in whatever circumstances you are in.

Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why I commend the

synergy between and among, the school and its stakeholders. All your efforts and
resources shared are of big contribution in nurturing and building our nation through our
Filipino learners.

Graduates, as you receive your diplomas, our prayer from your Schools Division
Superintendent is the realization of your dreams despite the challenges we are
