Schools Division of Isabela

"We will, because we can!" said the crowned Miss Earth 2015 Angelia Gabrena
Ong. This is also our battlecry.

In January 2022, we were still in a quandary as to how we shall hurdle the

continuing challenge of COVID-19...we were given a glimpse of hope when we
were encouraged to try a limited face-to-face class interaction sometime in March.
In the past recent months from August then finally in November, we were witnesses
to how we struggled and succeeded in bringing back in-person learning to school.
While no one else could predict how we will be further dampened by times, such as
the pandemic; still, like the rest of the world, we keep on rising no matter what.
Yes, we will, because we can!
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT This epitomizes the heart of the Department of Education which remains steadfast,
staying unfazed, despite the huge impact and vital effect of the pandemic; anchored
on the belief that not only knowledge but also courage and the willingness to pursue
life's course knows no barrier; very apt for this year-end rites' theme, "K to 12
Graduates: Molded Through Resilient Educational Foundation.”
To the officials, teachers and personnel of DepEd SDO Isabela, parents, LGU
officials, and other stakeholders who are strong members of our education
advocacies and active co-pursuers of educational outcomes, who laid the foundation
of a resilient education for the learners, may I extend my gratitude to all of you who
have worked hard and well to be able to bring concretized ideas of learning and
development for our learners and schools. We convened and shared an effort to
bring to life a better version of things for our learners and teachers. My felicitations
on a very successful school year.
To the graduates and completers of Class 2023, do not forget that what you are and
ought to be is reflected in the type of attitude you cultivate and the kind of action
you yield. Your K to 12 learning makes you at the forefront. I believe you are now
better prepared.
I urge each and everyone therefore. May you put into worthy endeavor the things
you gained from your teachers, your peers, your school; whatever you deem
necessary in life such as wisdom, knowledge, or skills. May you
selflessly stand to share with others and your community. You have
triumphed over seemingly impossible odds: this you achieved through
focused effort, sheer hardwork, utmost dedication, and your DepEd
education.
As you are about to turn another leaf of learning journey in your book of
life, may you remain strong and steadfast amid the crashing tides and
waves of challenging situations; courageous amid dark skies and unclear
