INVOCATION
May we all rise and be one in mind, body and spirit as we praise and thank our
almighty God for all his graces and blessings through doxology. After which, we shall
remain standing as we sing the Philippine National Anthem to be followed by Himig
Sarangan.

Happy 22nd Binuyugan Festival and 64th Founding anniversary, Maitum!
Sa bawat kultutra at kasaysayang kinagisnan, may mga taong taas noo itong patuloy
na pinagyayaman. At sa bawat taong bumabandera ng yaman ng kultura, tradisyon
at kasaysayan, may mga kabataang tiyak na pinagpapatuloy na binabandera at
kinikilala ito.
Kabataang Maitumians, handa na ba kayo sa isang gabing puno ng, musika, talento
at kultura?

KABATAANG MAITUMIANS!
So ayan, after several years, finally we are once again back with a blast for the
celebration of GABI NG KABATAANG MAITUMIANS here at the Muncipal
Gymnasium.
We are glad and thankful to be seeing you all once again here sa ating gymnasium.
Nakakamiss na, makitang muli ang mga kabataan mula sa labing walong barangay
ng ating munisipalidad.
And I am more than excited na makitang muli ang iba’t ibang talento at galing ng
Kabataang Sarangan sa entabladong ito.
WELCOME ADDRESS
So, papatagalin pa ba natin to? To formally welcome us this evening, let’s all
welcome the President of the Municipal Federation President of the Sangguniang
Kabataan, Hon. Gregorio T. Balanag III.
MESSAGE OF SUPPORT BY MAYOR
Thank you so much, Honorable Balalang, Tayong mga kabataan ay may
mahalagang papel na ginagampanan sa ating lipunan. Tayong kabataan ang
nagsisilbing katuwang sa pag-unlad ng ating bayan. Tayo ay may lakas at oras para
sa pagkilos, kaya mahalaga ang ating partisipasyon sa pag hulma sa kinabukasan
ng lipunan. Katuwang tayo ng ating gobyerno sa paghulma at pagtuguyod ng isang
mapayapa at progresibong bayan. This program tonight would not be possible
without the support of this man. Ladies and gentlemen, to give us a message of
support, our ever-dynamic, resilient, and supportive municipal mayor, the Honorable
Alexander Bryan B. Reganit.

INDUCTION OF LYDC OFFICERS
Rule III Section 24 of Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, to ensure wide and multi-sectoral youth participation
in local governance, there shall be in every province, city and municipality an LYDC
which shall be called, Provincial Youth Development Council (PYDC), City Youth
Development Council (CYDC) and Municipal Youth Development Council (MYDC),
respectively. The LYDC shall be headed by the concerned SK Pederasyon President
and composed of representatives of youth and youth-serving organizations in the
provincial, city, and municipal level. The LYDC shall assist the planning and
execution of projects and programs of the SK, and the Pederasyons in all levels.
Maitumians, presenting the new set of leaders and youth representatives who will
help us achieve a more meaningful and active involvement to ensure broad and
multi-sectoral youth participation in local governance as members of the Municipal
Youth Development Council.

To induct the new set of leaders and representatives, may we call on stage, our
Municipal Local Government Operations Officer, RODOLFO JEREZ.

Congratulations! Kabataang Maitumians, sila ang mga lider ng Sangguniang
Kabataan at mga kinatawan ng kabataan na kasama nating patuloy susulong at
magpapanday ng isang inklusibo, maunlad at progresibong kinabukasan para sa
lahat ng kabatan.
RECOGNITION OF SK GEMS WINNER
Governance Exemplars for Meaningful Services (GEMS) for Sangguniang
Kabataanleaded by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) aims to
evaluate theSangguniang Kabataan of every Barangay in the Philippines. Thus, to
enhance momentum of theSangguniang Kabataan in implementing programs,
projects and activities that would contributein developing patriotism, nationalism and
other desirable values among the Youth.
Tonight, following an in-depth evaluation and assessment last year, we will be
recognizing the following Sangguniang Kabataan Councils for demonstrating best
practices and successfully executing projects, programs, and activities in their
communities.

RECOGNITION OF SINAG-KABATAANG SARANGAN AWARDEE
Sarangani is home to young individuals who work quietly for youth and community
development. Among the three SIKASAA finalist organizations, this youth-led
organization proudly and honorably raised the municipality's torch at the Sarangan
Youth Exemplar Night held at the Provincial Capitol Gym in December. The 2022
Sinag Kabataang Sarangan Award in the group category was given to this youth-led
organization by the Local Government of Sarangani through the Panlalawigang
Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan. This group's mission is to bring out the best
in our municipality and province through volunteerism, community mobilization, and
collaboration with key players in societal development.

pamahalaan upang pahalagahan at maisakatapuran ang kanilang mga pagsisikap
na maabot tayo at nangangarap na lumikha ng isang may kakayahan at ligtas na
komunidad para sa lahat.
The quality of Municipality does not depend on the government alone but people
living there plays a vital role on how we label ourselves empowered and quality
