JPIAN's Artistry and Vibrancy…

BOTH: … the Annual Regional Convention 2023 by the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of

BELLE: What a spectacular sight! Let's give all the Local Chapters a big round of applause for their
enthusiasm and pride in showcasing their identity as part of the JPIA family.
MICA: Now, let's shift our focus to the core purpose of this convention. It's time for some inspiring words of
welcome and opening remarks.

BELLE: Ladies and gentlemen, please put your hands together for our esteemed Regional Council
Secretary and the Annual Regional Convention Head, Hon. Juven C. Bacusmo.

INSPIRATIONAL TALK

MICA: Thank you Hon. Juven, for your inspiring words. Your insights remind us of the incredible
opportunities that lie ahead during this convention. May all your efforts for this pay off. Tama ba?

BELLE: Yes of course. As NFJPIANs, what we aspire most is to serve our JPIAN community. In the same
spirit, how about we call on Mx. Wency Medina Giron, CPA, the Vice President for Marketing of
REAL EXCELLENCE ONLINE CPA REVIEW to give us a talk of inspiration. Let us give her a round of
applause!

OATH OF SPORTSMANSHIP
BELLE: Thank you so much Mx. Giron, we are so privileged to have some exceptional individual like you to
join us today in sharing your insights and motivating us on this exciting journey.

MICA: And now, as we embark on this incredible journey together, let's take a moment to emphasize the
values of sportsmanship and camaraderie. It's time to recite the Oath of Sportsmanship. May we have Ms.
Kathleen Kaye Tagalog, the Ambassadress of Goodwill 2023, to facilitate us in the oath taking.

MICA: As we move forward with the ARC 2023, let us uphold our oaths and treat everyone with kindness and
respect.

BELLE: Without further ado, let us proceed with the Declaration of the Annual Regional Convention Opening.
MICA: To do us the honor, we have someone very special with us. Please welcome Hon. Juven C. Bacusmo,
our, Regional Council Secretary General and the Annual Regional Convention Event Head, to
join us on stage.

INTRODUCTION OF JUDGES

MICA: Thank you, Hon. Juven C. Bacusmo, for your insightful talk and for gracing us with your presence.
Your dedication and leadership have been instrumental in making this Annual Regional Convention a
resounding success.

BELLE: Indeed, Hon. Juven, your words have inspired us all and set the tone for an incredible event ahead.
Now, before the Hataw Onse brings us back to the past with their performances, let us introduce our esteemed
panel of judges, who will be joining us in this wonderful celebration of talent and artistry.

MICA: Starting with our first judge…

BELLE: Moving on to our second judge…

He is currently working as a Lecturer/Instructor at the University of Mindanao, College of Accountaing

Education, and at the same time a US Tax Preparer dor 1800-Accountant

He has been the Litmus Coordinator for 2 years for the College of Accounting Education, and has served as the
College’s Coordinator for Community Extension

He is Mr. Walter S. Delig, CPA

MICA: And to complete our panel of judges, we have here [NAME] , [CREDENTIALS] [NAME]

HATAW ONSE - CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

BELLE: The winner of today’s Hataw Onse will be selected based on these criteria for judging.
MICA: Choreography for 30%

BELLE: Thematic Interpretation for 25%

MICA: Performance for 20%

BELLE: Visual Aesthetics for 15%

MICA: And an overall impact for 10%, for a total of 100%!

HATAW ONSE

BELLE: Ladies and gentlemen, we are thrilled to kick off our Hataw Onse performances, where we will
witness some of the best dancers in the region showcase their talent and creativity while they bring us back in
time.

MICA: We have a fantastic line-up of performers who have spent countless hours perfecting their routines,
and we know that they are all eager to show you what they have got.
BELLE: Let us give them our full attention and support as they take the stage and share their passion for
dance with us.

MICA: Without further ado, please give a warm round of applause to our first performers, JPIANs from Holy
Cross of Davao College.
