To the captain of the ship behind the progress of our municipality, Hon. Mayor Bryan
Dale G. Chan, the crews that are very able to do their part for the good of the people of Aparri,
the respected Sangguniang Bayan Members, SK Federation President, Hon. Mighty Molina,
esteemed Board of Adjudicators, Barangay SK Officials, visitors and other guests, a fantabulous
evening to each and every one!

Annually, the Linggo ng Kabataan is celebrated and is observed as mandated by the

virtue of the Section 30 of Republic Act No. 10724, the Sangguniang Kabatan Reform Act of
2015 with the theme. “INTERGENERATIONAL SOLIDARITY: CREATING A WORLD
FOR ALL AGES”.

This occasion acknowledges the talents, skills, and interests of youths by providing fun
and meaningful activities. It reminds us to leverage the full potential of every generation,
towards achieving a holistic community development that leaves no one behind.

As this LNK Activity commence, comes a new leadership that will sail the ship of the
KK members of the Municipality of Aparri, through the able leadership of Mr. Mighty Molina.
For sure, the thing that I have started from my previous sail being its captain will surely direct
the new leader towards a gentle and calm adventure.

Ken adda nak met latta a sisusuporta iti amin, uray pay adda nakun iti sabali a takem a kas
Sangguniang Bayan member iti nadayaw ng aili tayu nga Aparri.”

Patuloy po kayong makakaasa sa suporta ko. Dahil una sa lahat, Kabataan parin ang
siyang sandigan sa lahat ng simulain ng ating bayan. Let us always be inclusive in all our
endeavors for the good and benefit of every Aparriano. No matter what happens, our faith has
always been tested by lifes advertise. But the Kabataan culture has always reminds us to remain
resilient amidst those struggles.

To the best of my ability, I now entrust the SK Federation team to the new leader. I hope,
that the ideals and the liberating notion among Kabataan shall always be in a good state.
Together we can, because this is for the good of everyone!

To the candidates of this year’s Mr. and Ms. LNK 2022, congratulations for you have
come this far, and your supportive Barangay or agencies has given you the trust to represent
them. Well done and May the fairest LNK candidate win for this year’s activity.
 Again, my salutation to all of the people behind this great endeavor. Congratulations and
Mabuhay tayong lahat.
