Minutes of the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan Assembly of Barangay Tomolin, Ligao City held at
the Tomolin Function Hall on February 18, 2024 at exactly 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon.

The meeting was called to order at exactly 1:45 o’clock in the afternoon.

I. A. INVOCATION:

II. ROLL CALL:
The Presiding Officer called the roll call, and seven of the SK Officials are present and
two absent with the concurrence of the majority of the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan. The SK
Chairperson declared the presence of the quorum.

IV.NEW BUSINESS: AGENDUM:
1.Presentation of the drafted Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
2.Consultation from the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan
3.Formulation of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan

SK Chairperson Kenneth R. Zipagan opened the session with his warmest

greetings and asked the council for any deliberations.

DELIBERATION OF THE AGENDA:

1.Presentation of the Drafted Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan

Drafted Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan was presented to the
Katipunan ng mga Kabataan present by the Honorable SK Council of Barangay Tomolin, Ligao
City.
2.Consultation from the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan
The Honorable SK Council of Barangay Tomolin, Ligao City listed the
Programs/Project/Activities that were raised and suggested by the members of the Katipunan ng
mga Kabataan present.
The Honorable SK Council of Barangay Tomolin adopted the Programs/Project/Activities
that were raised and suggested by the members of the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan present.

Hearing no objections, the adoption was approved.

3.Formulation of the drafted Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
The Honorable SK Council and the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan (KK) of Barangay Tomolin,
deliberated the formulation of the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan. The
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan was approved and shall be presented to the
Sangguninag Barangay for adoption and approval.

V.OTHER MATTERS
- NONE –

Hon. Kenn Alphie Morada moved to adjourn the session, and was duly seconded by Hon. John
Matthew S. Calacday. SK Chairperson, Kenneth R. Zipagan adjourned the session at 3;00 o’clock
in the afternoon.
