RESOLUTION No. 2024 - 03

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (2) YEARS COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY TOMOLIN, LIGAO CITY, ALBAY

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the
“Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing rules and regulations, the SK,
in consultation and with concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, shall formulate a three (2)
year rolling plan, which shall be known as Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
Plan(CBYDP);

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall be aligned with
the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP) of the
city.

WHEREAS, the CBYDP shall give priority to programs, projects and activities that will promote
and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate change
adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health,
including health services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug abuse, gender
sensitivity, sports development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership training;

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall serve as the
legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Nica Perena and duly seconded by SK Member
Alyssa Colle be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay
Tomolin in session duly assembled, to approve Resolution 03, series of 2024 entitled “A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN
(CBYDP) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TOMOLIN, LIGAO CITY, ALBAY AS
INCORPORATED IN THE 2023 ANNUAL BUDGET”.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies to the Barangay Council of Barangay Ranao-Ranao,

COA, City Budget Office, DILG Ligao Field Office, LYDO and other offices concerned for
information.
