MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DIGON,

MARGOSATUBIG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR ON THE 5TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2023 AT SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OFFICE BARANGAY DIGON.

CALL TO ORDER

The SK regular session was called to order by the presiding officer Hon. Kim jay C. Cornel at exactly 9 am
in the morning followed by the opening prayer led by the SK Kagawad Hon. Edelberto Tumabini Jr.

ROLL CALL AND THE DECLARATION OF QUORUM

The SK Secretary called the roll and it showed 7 were present including Sk treasurer and Sk Secretary
and only 2 were absent. Thereafter, the qourum was declared by the presiding officer.

ARAW NG DIGON

PROCEEDINGS

1. SK chairperson Hon. Kim Jay C. Cornel explain the to the council regarding the contribution of SK for
the coming Araw ng Digon on March 4-5, 2023. That the allocated 50,000 pesos for the SK night will be
used in the conduct of Araw ng Digon this March 4-5, 2023. After reading the essential information, he
ask the body about queries and clarification regarding the notion but there was none, so he proceed and
the topic was concurred and approved in the council.

After such a meeting, there being no other matters to be taken thus Hon. Cris jay Baratas move to
adjourned the meeting duly seconded by Hon. Alnie Jane M. Maito. The session was adjourned at
exactly 11:00 am with the closing praye6led by Hon Roger Rubio Jr.
