MINUTES OF THE SESSION
I. CALL TO ORDER

The first regular meeting of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Alfonso

Angliongot Sr. was called to order at 10 Am on November 29, 2023
(Wednesday) at the Barangay Hall, Brgy. Alfonso Angliongto Sr., Davao City.
HON. KATE DIANE P. RAFALLO SK Chairman, and Mr. Teleser Mark U.
Mejorada, Acting Secretary, were present.
II. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary Teleser Mark U. Mejorada
to call the roll. Thereafter quorum was declared to be present.

 V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
BUSINESS OF THE DAY

1. A resolution approving and concurring the appointment of Mr. Teleser Mark

Mejorada as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary effective on November 29,2023 of
Barangay Alfonso Angliongto Sr., Davao City.
2. A resolution approving and concurring the appointment of Ms. Leila A. Cezar as
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer effective on November 29,2023 of Barangay
Alfonso Angliongto Sr., Davao City.

VI. HIGHLIGHTS/AGREEMENTS
1. Appointment of Treasurer and Secretary the SK Chairman in concurrence
with the council appointed Mr. Teleser Mark U. Mejorada as SK Secretary
and Ms. Leila A. Cezar as SK Treasurer.
2. All members present in the council unanimously approved the appointment
of Mr. Teleser Mark U. Mejorada as SK Secretary and Ms. Leila A. Cezar
as SK Treasurer by the SK Chairman

VII. STATUTORY PROVISIONS

1. During the session of the Sangguniang Kabataan as per RULE IV, Sec 10
Statutory Provisions, all present members unanimously agreed.

VIII. OTHER MATTERS

1. IRP resolution for the sunction of being absent during the
2. meeting., year end evaluation, Pakig himamat with KK .
3. Other matters will be discussed in the next session
4. December 8, 2023 7pm next session

IX. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

-None-

There being no matters to be discussed and upon the motion of HON.

THERZYL KHATE BUOT and duly seconded by the majority the session was
adjourned at 10:45 in the morning.
