Agenda Highlights/Agreements
I. Call to Order The 1st regular session of Sangguniang Kabataan Council of
Boctol was called to order at 7:00 PM on November 27, 2023
(Monday) at the Barangay Hall, Boctol, Jagna.
Hon. Scott Lester Tadena, SK Chairperson and Ms. Myla G.
Lerio, acting SK Secretary were present.
II. Roll Call Ms. Myla G. Lerio, acting SK Secretary conducted the roll call.
The names stated-above are present and attested that we have a
quorum.
III. Approval of the Hon. Sabina P. Nalasa move the approval of the order of
Order of business and it has been duly seconded by the Sangguniang
Business Kabataan Council.
IV. Business of the  Appointment of SK Secretary and SK Treasurer
Day
Hon. SK Chairperson Scott Lester Tadena, in
concurrence with the Sangguniang Kabataan Council
appointed Ms. Myla G. Lerio and Mr. Mark Anthony G.
Odarve as SK Secretary and SK Treasurer respectively.

 Appointment of Committee Heads

Hon. SK Chairperson Scott Lester Tadena appointed the

Sangguniang Council with their respective committee.
The head of the committee will select two members. The
following committee, chairperson and members are listed
respectively:

 Youth Profiling
The SK member who are assigned leaders of each Purok
will get the information of every youth age 15-30 years
old. The youth profiling will start on November 28, 2023
and will end in December 7, 2023.
  Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
(CBYDP)
As per the SK Council’s directive, it is emphasized that
every month should incorporate engaging activities for
the youth of the barangay to enrich the overall experience
and effectiveness of our SK sessions.

 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program

(ABYIP)
As mandated by the SK Council, it is advised to plan and
execute engaging activities for the youth of the barangay
on a quarterly basis, contributing to the enrichment of our
SK sessions.

 Boctol December League

Stipulated by the SK Council, the directive is to organize
an inter-color league for volleyball and basketball,
ensuring active participation and fostering a sense of
community engagement among the youth of the
barangay.

 Tin number
Since the SK Chairperson already possesses a Tax
Identification Number (TIN), the current directive is for
the SK Treasurer to initiate the application process for
their own TIN as required.

 Making of Belen & Christmas Tree for Contest

As outlined in the communication, the sole contest
specified is for the Belen. As per the provided
information, the contest encompasses the entire
municipality of Jagna, and of our barangay, the leadership
will be under Hon. Owen G. Beroy. Participants are
encouraged to use indigenous and recycled materials. The
prizes for this contest are set as follows:
1st place – 7,000
2nd place – 5,000
3rd place – 3,000

 Making of Resolution for Allowance for SKMT

In light of the upcoming one-day seminar scheduled at
the Jagna Cultural Center on December 4, 2023, the SK
Council is seeking support from the Barangay Council to
allocate a budget for food and travel expenses. As the SK
Council has not implemented a bond yet, we kindly
request the necessary financial assistance to ensure the
active participation of our members in the said training
event.
