A. Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 2:29pm presided over by Hon. Gibb M.

Binson SK Chairman.

B. Opening Prayer

The opening prayer was led by Hon. John Kevin Rabano SK Member.

C. Roll Call

Angelita Fuentes as SK Secretary do the roll calling of attendees.

D. Approval of the Agenda

 With no other suggestion added to the agenda, a motion of approval was then

passed by Hon. Famat and properly seconded by Hon. Geagonia.

E. Agenda:

1. Appointment of SK Treasurer and SK Secretary

 With the approval of the SK chairperson and SK counselors Angelita S.

Fuentes is appointed and SK Secretary.

 With the approval of the SK Chairperson and SK Counselors Catherine C.

Magallanes is appointed as SK Treasurer.

 Whereas, Section 10 of R.A 10742 states that the appointed SK Secretary

and Treasurer passed the qualification of the said position.

2. Identification and Appointment of Committee Heads.

 Education Committee – Hon. Clem Famat

- First choice was Hon. Geagonia but it was objected by Hon. Famat

as he volunteer in the position

 Agriculture and Environment – Hon. Cantila

 Sports and Games – Hon. Geagonia

 Gender Equity and Peace and Order - Hon. Mariel Famat

 Economics, Livelihood and Health – Hon. Rabano

3. Schedule of Regular Meetings

 2nd Sunday of the Month (Morning)

 4. Initial Discussion of Action Plan

 Submission of oath of Office and Notice of Assumption ( Nov. 28,

2023)

 Passing of Resolution done by the SK Treasurer

 Youth Profiling by SK officials

- Conducting Survey of Resident of Barangay Butong with the age

range of 15 – 30 yrs old.

- Register and Non Registered Voters.

- Purok 1 and 2 – Hon. Geagonia

- Purok 3 – Hon. Cantila

- Purok 4 and 8 – Hon. Rabano

- Purok 5 – Chairperson , Secretary and Treasurer

- Purok 6 – Hon. Clem Famat

- Purok 7 – Hon. Mariel Famat

Should be done before December 15, 2023.

 KK Assembly (Morning)

 Christmas party (Afternoon)

- Further discussion are should be made next inaugural meeting.

F. Adjournment:

- The meeting was adjourned at exactly 5:32 pm by our presiding

G. Next Meeting
- The second session of the inaugural meeting of SK official are to
held on December 09, 2023 at 8:00am to 12:00pm.
