SK Secretary, Golden Mike Luis Alcantara read the attendance and have identified that there is a quorum
and he then read the agenda.
SK Chairperson, Hon. Polmo asks for the approval of the Agenda and SK Kagawad Mesina approved the
agenda.
Agenda 1: PRESENTATION OF THE FURNISHED ANNUAL BUDGET 2023
The SK Treasurer Shenny Grace Yturalde provided a copy of the Annual Budget Plan amounting to a total
of Php.389,212.56 which is divided into two major program: the General Administrative Program with a
total allocated amount of Php. 166,112.56 and the SK Youth Development and Empowerment Program
with total allocated amount of Php. 223,100.00; as shown in the copy provided.
SK Chairperson Hon. Polmo if there were concerns or possible changes for this budget plan, SK
Kagawad,Hon. Mesina cleared that there are no other concerns regarding this matter for this for this
was already tackled last December 2022.
Furthermore, there are no other concerns that arises so SK Chairperson Hon. Raymark asks for the
approval of this agenda and was move to close motion of Hon.Lagamo,SK Kagawad then seconded by
Hon. Bautista, SK Kagawad.
Agenda 2: PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING SKMF INTER-BARANGAY SPORTS FESTIVAL 2023
SK Chairperson, Hon Raymark Polmo open the agenda regarding the upcoming SKMF Inter-Barangay
Sports Festival with Four Category:
 Basketball Boys- 18-30 years old

 Volleyball Bolys- 17-25 years old
 Volleyball Girls- 17-25 years old
 Hybrid Chess Tournament on April 16,2023
Hon. Lamigas, SK Kagawad asks regarding the categories that Barangay Nauring will participate and was
answered by SK Chairperson, Hon. Polmo that we will participate in Basketball Boys, Volleyball Boys and
Hybrid Chess Tournament. Hon. Lagamo, SK Kagawad said that we should also participate in volleyball
girls and was also seconded by Hon. Pechon, SK Kagawad. This matter was also supported by Hon.Jomel,
SK Kagawad for he has witnessed the efforts of the volleyball girls on the previous inter-purok volleyball
games.
It has been decided that we will participate in all ballgames and the chess tournament.
Hon.Polmo, SK Chairperson said that we will provide upper and lower jersey uniforms for basketball and
volleyball boys, upper jersey uniform for volleyball girls and dri-fit t-shirts for chess players. The deadline
for the list of players will be on January 28,2023, Friday. SK Chairperson, assigned Hon.Bautista,SK
Kagawad for Basketball Boys, committee for Volleybal Girls is Hon.Pechon, SK Kagawad and Hon.Lagamo,
SK Kagawad, committee for Volleyball Boys is Hon. Mesina, SK Kagawad and committee for Chess Hybrid
is Hon.Lamigas, SK Kagawad. Regarding for the snacks the committee was already informed to get from
Rovels. For the transportation will tap to the Barangay Council.
Agenda 3: MONTHLY SESSION SCHEDULE
Hon. Polmo, SK Chairman tackled the target monthly meeting for the availability of everyone.
Hon.Mesina,SK Kagawad suggested to have it every third Saturday of the month and this is supported by
Hon. Lamigas,SK Kagawad in consideration that if there were emergency session early announcement
can be place through the online group chat.
This proposal was approved by the body.
OTHER MATTER
Hon.Mesina, SK Kagawad asks about the signage and was answered by Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson that
was already tackled to their previous session, rest assured SK Chairperson will continue to ask for the
signage.
Hon.Polmo, SK Chairperson ask for any other concern if there were none then meeting is moved to
adjournment and was approved by Hon. Mesina,SK Kagawad and was seconded by Hon.Bautista,SK
Kagawad.

and he then read the previous minutes and was approved by Hon. Mesina,SK Kagawad then seconded by
Hon. Lagamo,SK Kagawad. SK Secretary Alcantara read the agenda.
Agenda: PREPARATION FOR THE OPENING PARADE OF SKMF INTER-BARANGAY SPORTS FESTIVAL 2023
Hon. Polmo,SK Chairperson announced that the parade will start at 7:00 in the morning on February
18,2023 at Liberman Sports Complex with attendance that will start at 6:00 in the morning.
Hon.Lamigas, SK Kagawad suggested to have our own separate list of attendance for proper
documentations and Hon.Lagamo, SK Kagawad supported this in addition to this we must have a proper
coordination with the barangay council for the transportation of our players. Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson
accepted this.
Hon. Mesina,SK Kagawad tackled the provided snacks for the players who will be participating in the
parade Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson answered to have it settled with Rovel’s.
Hon.Bautista,SK Kagawad asked about who will handle the attendance and who will manage the snacks.
Hon. Pechon,SK Kagawad suggested that SK Treasurer Shenny Grace Yturalde can handle the attendance
then Hon.Lamigas and Hon. Lagamo, SK Kagawads will transact and get the snacks from Rovels.
This was agreed by the body and no other concerns arises.

Agenda: SETTLING ISSUE ARISES DURING THE SKMF GAME CATEGORY
The Hon. Lamigas, SK Kagawad open the agenda regarding the issues arising during the SKMF Sport
Festival. To carry on with this, Hon. Mesina,SK Kagawad please to inform the body that he is no longer
comfortable to be a committee for volleyball boys due to a conflict with the Volleyball Coach about the
snacks and asking if any other SK Kagawad might handle his committee. With this matter, the presiding
officer, Hon.Lamigas said that she will take over to handle the committee. This was accepted by the body.
Hon. Bautista,SK Kagawad have arises his concern regarding the basketball boys for assistance for he
might be late for the supposedly next schedule game for he will have personal transactions to attend to
in this case the presiding officer, Hon. Lamigas together with Hon. Lagamo,SK Kagawad will take over the
needed assistance.
This was agreed by the body and no other concerns arises.

Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson called Hon. Mesina, SK Kagawad as the presiding officer.
Agenda: PREPARATION FOR SK NIGHT
The Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation have invited the SK Council of Barangay Nauring to join
the SK Night as a tribute for the SK Officials that have serve their constituents amidst the pandemic with
this virtue Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson have response to this invite that the council will participate. In
this instance, Hon.Mesina,Presiding Officer have open the suggestion of what food should we prepare
that everyone will be in favor. Hon. Lamigas,SK Kagawad suggested to have a pizza,sisig and crackers
while Hon. Lagamo,SK Kagawad suggested to have a liter of softdrinks and some beverages which was
then supported by Hon.Bautista, SK Kagawad to have beverages.
The presiding officer Hon.Mesina,SK Kagawad said that there will be a table worth PHp.1,500.00 with 12
softdrinks, Half case beer but the management will also provide other beverages that table buyers might
want to. The budget for this SK night was then tackled, the SK Treasurer Yturalde said that we have a
budget of Php.3,000 for this event. The attendance for this event was then asked by the presiding officer,
Hon.Mesina and was positively answered by the body that all will participate for this is one last night at
Pandan as a SK Officials. It was moved to close by Hon.Bautista,SK Kagawad and seconded by
Hon.Pechon,SK Kagawad.
Agenda 2: PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING SK NAURING SPORTS FESTIVAL 2023
The Presiding Officer,Hon.Mesina open the session for a suggestion for the upcoming Fiesta of Barangay
Nauring.
Hon. Bautista,SK Kagawad suggested to have the same category as last year which are the Inter-Agency
Basketball, Volleyball Boys and Volleyball Girls, he also added up that it is also nice to have an inter-purok
junior basketball for the benefits of the kids to nurture their ability and skills.
There is a favorable decision for this by the body, with this the presiding officer, Hon Mesina have divided
the tasks for this sports category wherein he assigned Hon.Lagamo,SK Kagawad to handle the submission
of list for the basketball and all the other obligations may occur. The Hon. Pechon,SK Kagawad was
assigned to manage both Volleyball Boys and Girls. The Hon. Bautista,SK Kagawad was assigned to be the
all-around support.
The Hon.Polmo,SK Chairperson said that together with the Barangay Council for the first time the
Barangay Nauring will be gracing an Inter-Barangay Basketball Category with 10 participating teams
provided that there will be a registration fee amounting to PHP.1,000.00 wherein this proceeds will be
added for the referee fees. The SK Treasurer, Yturalde will be the one to manage the registration fee with
the secretary to manage the attendance of participating teams for there is a rule to abide stating that
“No Parade,No Play.” This idea was approved by the body, favorable motioned to close by
Hon.Lamigas,SK Kagawad and was seconded by Hon.Lagamo,SK Kagawad.
The presiding officer,Hon. Mesina assigned the program and certificates editing to Hon.Lamigas,SK
Kagawad.
The suggestion for the opening of the SK Nauring Sports festival was open and the first date was targeted
to be on weekend with a choice of May 6, May 7, May 13 or May 14, with the availability and for enough
time span of preparation it is decided to have the opening parade on May 14,2023 at 4’00 o’clock with
consideration of the temperature for the players. For the stage decorations, the presiding
officer,Hon.Mesina will handle this provided that there will be a tarpaulin. The presiding officer,
Hon.Mesina ask if this is okay for everybody. This was approved by Hon.Polmo, SK Chairperson and was
seconded by Hon.Bautista SK Kagawad.
With no other matters tackled, the session was moved to adjournment by Hon.Pechon,SK Kagawad and
was seconded by Hon.Lamigas,SK kagawad.

Agenda: PREPARATION FOR RELIGIOUS FIESTA OF NAURING 2023
The Hon.Polmo,SK Chairperson open the session about the Three Nights of Fiessta: Welcome Night for
the Alumni, The Besperas Night: Search for Little Miss Sugba sa Uring Festival and the Fiesta Night.
The Hon. Mesina, SK Kagawad asked about why is it the Search Tittle is little Miss Sugba sa Uring Festival,
this was then answered with a brief origin by Hon.Lamigas as what the NES Alumni Association said that
this tittle is for all the kasimaryos for the Barangay Nauring is very rich with natural resources that the
freshly catch fish is best for grilling as well as the bananas and mostly in every purok the there is a BBQ
Stand that is very famous for everybody. With this, it has cleared the rumble minds of everybody.
For the Welcome Night, we will have the 2 nd Grand Alumni Homecoming of NES, the council will support
through sponsoring the sound system.
For the Besperas Night, in partnership with the Barangay Council, the SK Kagawads are needed to help
for the preparation of the bouquets, sash, certificates and cash prize.
For the Fiesta Day and also will be the awarding of every sports category. Hon.Polmo will also have a
street boxing during the day. The Hon.Polmo, SK Chairperson asked about what time should we start the
awarding ceremony. The Hon.Mesina, SK Kagawad said that it would be better if we’ll have it earlier like
after lunch to avoid intoxicated awardees. This was supported by Hon. Pechon,SK Kagawad that also for
us to rest early after a tiring long days. The Hon.Polmo,SK Chairman said that the SBP will also grace the
awarding ceremony.
Regarding the cash prize for every category, the SK Chairperson,Hon.Polmo have solicited a total amount
of Php.32,000.00.
With a favorable decision, it is agreed that the awarding ceremony will start at 1;00 in the afternoon.
The Hon.Plomo,SK Chairman tackles the initiative of the PB Larry to have a multiple games for the
children provided that they will be the one to prepare the prizes and this was approved by everyone.
With no other matters tackled the session was adjourn at 3:45 PM which was moved to close the motion
by Hon.Bautista,SK Kagawad and Seconded by Hon.Mesina,SK Kagawad.

Agenda: PREPARATION FOR SAN JUAN FIESTA, SITIO BAUTISTA
The presiding officer, Hon.Bautista shared about their purok meeting that they are going to conduct a
singing and Disco derby contest, also they are going to have a basketball for junior and senior inter selda
category as well as for the volleyball girls and boys.
With this matter, the Sk Chairperson Polmo said that the council will provide volleyball Ball, the volleyball
net used from the previous Nauring fiesta can be used he then ask the SK Treasurer Yturalde if we still
have a budget for the trophies in which she responded that there is still a remaining budget that we can
use.
For the certificates, we can provide worx for this and Hon. Lamigas,SK Kagawad will be the one to
communicate with Sir. Randy regarding this matter. Printing will be carried off by the SK Office.
The presiding officer, Hon.Bautista have requested for the attendance of the SK Council for the their
Besperas Night occasion provided that there will be a reserved table for the barangay council and the sk
council.
The quorum has agreed that we should support the event.

Hon. Mesina that there are none so he move to close the motion then seconded by Hon.Lagamo,SK

The presiding officer,Hon.Lamigas called the session in order, the Barangay Council will be having a
community clean up drive at purok 6, Nauring at the newly constructed footpath at 6 o’clock in the
morning wherein she added up that attendance is a must.
The quorum has agreed to participate in this community clean up.

Agenda: DAGYAW FOR UP EVENT
The Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson called the session in order, the Barangay Council will be having a
community clean up drive at UP Building purok 5, Nauring for the turn-over of UP Building event will be
on August 25,2023 at 6 o’clock in the morning wherein he added up that attendance is a must.
The quorum has agreed to participate in this community clean up.
Agenda: LINGGO NG KABATAAN
The SK Chairperson, Hon Polmo informed the body that there will be an AHD Adolescent Health and
Development Class with Mr. Jobert Salazar as the in-charge personnel so the things needed and the
snacks will be provided from our budget.
The Hon.Lagamo,SK Kagawad answered that this event will be very beneficial for the children of our
Barangay. The spare budget will be used to pay the debt of SK Nauring to Rovel’s Kitchenette, this may
not pay full but this will lessen the amount of debt.
The Hon.Pechon,SK Kagawad answered that it is a much better decision, seconded by Hon. Lamigas,SK
Kagawad.

The Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson called the session in order, he presented the hard copies of SK
documents for final consolidations.
The Hon. Pechon,SK Kagawad mentioned the signage that was still not implemented. This was answered
by Mr. Chairperson Polmo that it was converted for the additional payment of the balance Referee fee
worth Php.20,00, he then defended that all the follow-ups and solution about this signage was put to the
minutes of the Barangay Council.
This made clear to everyone, Hon,Bautista move to close the motion the seconded by Hon.Lagamo,SK
Kagawad.

The Hon. Polmo, SK Chairperson called the session in order, the Newly elected SK Council were
considered to be our younger brothers and sisters so in order to guide them we need to properly turn-
over purchased materials by the SK Office and also, they will occupy the office at the 2nd floor of the
Multipurpose Building, we will provide them the MOA.
The Hon.Lagamo,SK Kagawad and SK Treasurer Yturalde sorted out the documents of Scholarship
Grantees.
The Hon.Pechon,SK Kagawad and Hon.Lamigas,SK Kagawad organize the files.
