Series of 2023

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF SK SECRETARY OF

BARANGAY STO. NIÑO, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGÑAY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 394 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as Local
Government Code, the SK Secretary shall be appointed by the SK Chairperson with concurrence of the
majority of all sangguniang barangay members;

WHEREAS, Hon. Antonette M. Mababao, SK Chairperson of this Barangay appointed Juliana Faith
B. Conmigo on December 3, 2023 and submitted the same appointment to this august body for review and
concurrence;

WHREAS, after thorough study and deliberations, this Sanggunian found the appointee satisfies the
minimum qualification requirements as provided under Section 394 (b) of the Local Government Code of
1991;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kgwd. Eddie B. Fernandez Jr., duly seconded by SK Kgwd.
Clydel Kate B. Seres and all members present; BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to
concur to the appointment issue by SK Chairperson Antonette B. Mababao, Juliana Faith B. Conmigo for the
SK Secretary;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this resolution to all of the officials and offices of the
government concerned for their information.

ADOPTED. DECEMBER 3, 2023.
