RESOLUTION NO. 3 – 2020

A RESOLUTION OF APPOINTING SK TREASURER PRISCILA C. FERMIA OF

BARANGAY MAMALINGLING SANGUNIANG KABATAAN.

WHEREAS; in pursuant to Republic Act no. 10742 otherwise known as the “Sk Reform Act of
2015” Section 30 (b) provides the Sanguniang Kabataan shall have financial independence in its
operations, disbursements and encasements of their fund, income and expenditures. As such, the
Sanguniang Kabataan funds Shall be Deposited in the name of the Sanguniang Kabataan of the
concerned barangay in a government owned bank situated in or nearest to its area of jurisdiction with
the sanguniang Kabataan Chairperson and the Sanguiniang Kabataan Treasurer as its official
signatories;

WHEREAS; reiterated in the joint Memorandum Circular No.1- 2019 3,2.2. dated January 23,2019
mention that it is strongly encouraged for the Sk to open and maintain a depository account in the
same bank and branch of its barangay;

WHEREAS; it is strongly encouraged for the SkCHAIRPERSON toappoint an SkTresureropen and

maintain a depository account in the same bank and branch of its barangay;

WHEREAS; the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer whose signatures
appears below:

NOW THEREFORE; on motion of Hon. Melody Tamayo duly Seconded by all members present, be
it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved this resolution to Appoint Priscila C. Fermia as the SK

Treasurer of Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay Mamalingling.
