APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1
Series of 2020

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNUAL SK BUDGET NO. 1 SERIES OF 2020, INVOLVING AN

AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIX PESOS AND 30/100
(279,306.30) TO BE USED THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS, PROGRAM AND ACTIVIES FOR THE EFFICIENT
DELIVERY OF BASIC SERVICES OF BARANGAY GAONGAN, SIPOCOT, CAMARINES SUR.

Section 1. The Annual Budget no. 1 of the Barangay Gaongan Government for Fiscal year 2020 in
the total amount of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred Six Pesos and 30/100
(279,306.30) for the different usage of the different office is hereby APPROVED.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made
integral part of this ordinance.

STATEMENT OF ANNUAL SK BUDGET APPROPRIATION

Section 2. SOURCE OF FUNDS. The source of funds for the Annual SK Budget in the total amount of
(279,306.30) shall be as follows:

Section 3. USE OF FUNDS. The amount of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Three Hundred Six
Pesos and 30/100 (279,306.30) is hereby appropriated for Annual SK Budget no. 1 series of 2020 of
the Barangay Gaongan, Sipocot, Camarines Sur.

Section 4. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any section or provision of this ordinance is
declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provision thereof which is not affected
thereby shall continue to be in full force and effort.

Section 5. EFFECTIVITY. The provision of this ordinance shall effect on the approval of the Annual
SK Budget no. 1.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN (ABYIP) FOR 2020
AMOUNTING OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIX PESOS AND 30/100
(279,306.30).

WHEREAS, the R.A 10742 or also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act indicates that the SK
Council shall make an Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan that contains the specific program,
activities and project with corresponding project costs including the necessary fund flows to
approximate the reasonable timing in the released of funds.

WHEREAS, the R.A 10742 says that the 10% of the general fund of the barangay shall be set aside for the
SK.

WHEREAS, the SK funds shall be disbursed sole for youth development and empowerment purpose.

WHEREAS, the SK council has decided to approved the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan for
2020.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Mary Jane J. Cuadro and duly seconded by SK Kagawad
Mary Knoll B. Madridano, it was

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, that this body assembled in session to approved the ANNUAL
BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN (ABYIP) FOR 2020 AMOUNTING OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY
NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIX PESOS AND 30/100 (279,306.30).

Let the copy of this resolution be furnish all concerned officers for their information and appropriate
action
