HELD ON SUNDAY 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2020 AT 10:00 A.M.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION:

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Punong Barangay Edgar Ireneo Sabar
Adelante at 10:00 o’clock in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding Officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was
declared to be present.

C. Prayer and Singing of the National Anthem:

Opening prayer was led by Hon. Kagawad Pepito Romano, followed by the singing of the
National Anthem led by Hon. Kagawad Emma Rose Pesimo.

D. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous Session. On
motion of Hon. Kagawad Pepito Romano, duly seconded by Hon. Marcel Toledo, the Minutes of
the Previous Session was approved as read.

Item 1: Assessment for the Year 2019

 Timely submission of photos of weekly Clean-Up Drive.

 Replacement for Barangay Health Worker (BHW).
 Ex-Barangay Secretary missed workload ie. Minutes of Meeting, Reports.
 Ex-House Rep Sandy Ocampo canal project on-going.
 Increase compensation for Barangay Officials CY 2020.
 Decrease compensation for Barangay Health Worker (BHW) for CY 2020.
 Barangay Kagawad must ensure transition of Barangay Tanod.
 Barangay Tanod work schedule must be adhered.

Item 2: Planning for 2020 to 2022 Projects

Capital Outlay for 2020

 AC Split for Day Care center.

 AC at Day Care center to be transferred at the outpost.
 Laptop computer
 Wood cabinet with locker
 Public Address System
 Declogging
 CCTV – rooftop (Baptist), talipapa (market), ramp, replacement of CCTV.
 Solar streetlights – talipapa (market).
 Christmas décor – at Bonifacio park (Christmas lights)
 Training for Lupon

Item 3: RBI Taskforce Activation

In compliance with DILG MC No 2008-144 dated September 19, 2008

specifically updating Records of Barangay Inhabitants (RBI) every six (6)
months, a Taskforce was created by Punong Barangay for the purpose thereof.

F. Other Matters;

F-1. Summer Sports League

Hon. Punong Barangay Edgar Adelante asked Hon. SK Chairman Olec Mabitad to manage
the Summer Sports League. Programme must be submitted by February 2020.

F-2. Senior Citizen’s Day

Hon. Kagawad Carmelita Rivera said that social services for Senior Citizens shall continue
including monthly hair cutting.

F-3. Several graduate of CBRP still on Drugs

Hon. Kagawad Pesimo cited that several graduates of CBRP are still on drugs. Hon. Punong
Barangay Edgar Adelante said there will be a randon drug testing soon.

 F-4. J. Vicencio Health Center

On January 11, 2020 Hon. Kagawad Raffy Oliveros assisted the Center’s BHW Ms. Mayen
Walo in the conduct of Weight & Height Monitoring of Children aged between 0 (zero) and
59 months.

F-5. Additional steel matting

Hon. Pepito Romano requested for additional steel matting for use at several staircases.

G. Adjournment;

There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay adjourned the Session at
exactly 11:30 o’clock in the morning.
