MINUTES OF THE 85TH REGULAR SESION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF RAJAH SOLIMAN ON
JANUARY 05, 2022 AT EXACTLY 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, AT THE BARANGAY HALL, RAJAH
SOLIMAN, BUTUAN CITY.

I. CALL TO ORDER- the Sangguniang Barangay Council was call to Order the 85 th regular session for the
month of January 2022 at exactly 2:00 pm in the afternoon and was being presided by the Punong
Barangay Hon. Rouel B. Conde.

II. INVOCATION PRAYER- lead by kagawad Alita B. Atillo

III. ROLL CALL-the barangay secretary called the roll, with the majority of the Sangguniang Barangay
Members present, the chair declared a quorum.

IV. PRIVILEGE HOUR- none

V. QUESTION HOUR- none

VI. READING AND CONSIDERATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES-SK Vergel F. Radaza moved to read and
review the minutes of 84th SB regular session last December 15, 2021 and seconded by kagawad
Myrna A. Villanueva. The reading of the previous minutes was considered approved.

VII. BARANGAY TREASURERS’ FINANCIALS REPORT-committee on appropriation reads the financial

status; the income of December 2021; O.R amounting to P1,450.00, CTC -130.00,and 90.00 for
household garbage fee. The total expenses for the month of December 2021 amounting to
P317,575.40. The acceptance report for the income and expenses was approved.
Kagawad Raymundo T. Go announces the part of financial that former Barangay Treasurer Rey William
Conde remit the amount P49,000 from the various payor to LBP-Rajah Soliman account.

VIII. COMMITTEE REPORT-the SB Member rendered their monthly accomplishment report for this month
of December 2021.( SEE SUBMITTED MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT)

IX. FIRST READING AND REFFERRALS OF PROPOSED MEASURES OR COMMUNICATIONS-moved by

kagawad Raymundo T. Go and all kagawad present.

1.MOTION TO RELEASE THE MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDITS OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS.

2.MOTION TO RELEASE THE MONTHLY HONORARIA OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS UTILIZING THE
PREVIOUS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 2021.
3. PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTION(9 B.0) FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2022.
4. PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PHILHEALTH CONTRIBUTION (9 B.0) FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2022.

1. MOTION TO RELEASE THE MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDITS OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS-

kagawad Raymundo T.Go raised a motion that the barangay withdraw funds for the payment of
Barangay Officials’ Monetization of Leave of credits and seconded by kagawad Leopoldo M.
Antonio. Having no objection this motion was approved.

2. MOTION TO RELEASE THE MONTHLY HONORARIA OF THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS UTILIZING THE
PREVIOUS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF 2021.-kagawad Raymundo T. Go raised a motion that
the barangay withdraw funds for the payment of the monthly honoraria of the barangay officials’
for the month of January 2022 and duly seconded by kagawad Leopoldo M. Antonio. Having no
objection this motion was approved.

3. PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PAG-IBIG CONTRIBUTION(9 B.0) FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2022.-
kagawad Annie S. Calo raised a motion that the barangay pay to Pag-Ibig Fund for the monthly
Pag-Ibig Contribution for the month of January 2022 and duly seconded by kagawad Alita B. Atillo.
Having no objection this was approved.

4. PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PHILHEALTH CONTRIBUTION (9 B.0) FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY

2022- kagawad Julieta P. Ednilan raised a motion that the barangay pay to PHIC for the monthly
Philhealth Contribution for the month of January 2022 and duly seconded by kagawad Myrna A.
Villanueva. Having no objection this was approved.

XIII. ADJOURNMENT- Since no other matters are to be discussed, kagawad Myrna A. Villanueva moved to
adjourned and seconded by kagawad Julieta P. Ednilan. The meeting adjourned at exactly 3:45 in the
afternoon.
