May 4, 2022, 2022, at SB Session Hall, 9 o’clock in the morning.
PROCEEDINGS
I. CALL TO ORDER.
The session was called to order by Hon. Ernesto B. Manuel, Presiding Officer at
8:30 in the morning.
II. INVOCATION & PAMBANSANG AWIT.
The Invocation was led by Hon. Ernie N. Segunla while singing of Pambansang
Awit was led by Hon. Noel O. Palma.
III. ROLL CALL
The session was in quorum.
IV. READING & CONSIDERATION OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES.

1. May 9, 2022 Election – Comelec request the BPAT’s of Barangay Edwards to be

deployed outside of the Polling Precinct to ensure health protocols due to COVID
– 19. Also, vehicles and drivers of the barangay was also requested to assist
during the delivery of PICOS machines at the polling precinct and after election,
returning aid machines at Lugan Central Elementary School. The body agreed to
prepare food for our volunteers during election. Hon. Yolanda C. Ricalde was In –
charge for the food preparation. They will prepare 3 meals with snacks for the day
of election.
2. Seminars conducted by ALASCO and PLEASES – it was informed during the
seminar to intensified the local collection of the barangay since there will be a
decrease of NATA by 2023. Barangay Officials, Barangay Treasurer and Collector
shall ensure all businesses at the barangay will have their Business Clearances
and pay their Annual Fee.

1. Budget of Sitio Stage at Sitio Datal Safang motion by Hon. Marceniz Bawang. Sitio
Stage of Sitio Datal Safang have a budget of P 10, 000.00 for the temporary stage.
Their budget will be used to buy cement, round bar and lumber, the body also
approved that it should be released on June 20, 2022.
2. Day Care Workers requested the Barangay Council to install cyclone wire fence to
secure the pupils who will be enrolled at Sitio Talambong, Barangay Mongokayo
Day Care Center. The allocated fund containing the amount of P 10, 000.00.

1. Water System Budget shall be released to be used for the continuation of

reservoir with an allocated amount of P 5, 000.00. The body approved said motion
as it is very important at the moment due to shortage of water in the barangay.

1. Clean and Green Evaluation – preparation for Clean and Green Evaluation. WE
should purchase paints for the repainting of our stones, trash bins and MRF. Also,
we should change the GI sheets of MRF . Budget for Clean and Green that should
be release, P 20, 000.00
2. Renovation of Barangay Hall – the walls of Barangay Hall should be renovated as
it is also dilapidating. On motion of Hon. Marcerez Bawang, it was approved by the
body.

used for relocation sites, establishment of Day Care Center and IP Hall. Theses lot
was owned by Jora and Jerry Dulay containing an area of 1 hectare and Nestor
Laura containing an area of ½ hectare.
