Series of 2019-2020

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF BANK SIGNATORIES TO THE BANK

ACCOUNTS OF THE GEODETIC ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES-REGION XI (GEP-
REGION XI).

WHEREAS, Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (GEPI), had elected a new set of
officers which covers the Year 2019-2020. Such organization conducted their oath-taking and
turn-over ceremony last July 5, 2019;

WHEREAS, said officers have been vested with their powers, functions, and responsibilities in
the organization effective 1st July 2019;

WHEREAS, there is a new set of elected officers of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines-
Region XI (GEP-REGION XI) for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020;

WHEREAS, the newly elected officers shall now replace the previously elected officers as the
official bank signatories to the bank accounts of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines-
Region XI (GEP-REGION XI);
WHEREAS, the newly elected officers shall now replace the previously elected officers as the
official bank signatories to the bank accounts of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines-
Region XI (GEP-REGION XI);and

WHEREAS, the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines-Region XI (GEP-REGION XI) is required

to submit a Secretary Certificate from the National Office to comply with the requirements of the
bank for the changing of their bank signatories.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the newly elected officers of the Geodetic
Engineers of the Philippines-Region XI (GEP-REGION XI) for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 are
hereby authorized to become the new bank signatories to the bank accounts of the Geodetic
Engineers of the Philippines-Region XI (GEP-REGION XI).

Approved and adopted on the 7th day of September 2019 at the GEP National Headquarters,
Quezon City
