RESOLUTION NO. 005

SERIES OF 2023
A RESOLUTION TO USE THE ALLOCATED AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( P100,000.00) FROM THE 20%
ECONOMIC DEVELEOPMENT FUND (EDF) FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF HEALTH CENTER OF BRGY. MABUHAY
MAHAPLAG LEYTE.

WHEREAS, The council is committed to providinSg quality healthcare services to

its constituents;
WHEREAS,the health center in our Barangay is in dire need of rehabilitation and
upgrading of its facilities;
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Fund (EDF) of our Barangay is an
important source of financing for projects that will benefit the community;
WHEREFORE, On motion of Hon. Petronilo B. Molato Jr. and duly seconded
by the rest of the body be it;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the
Barangay Council shall use the allocated budget of One Hundred Thousand pesos
(100,000.00) from the 20% EDF for the rehabilitation and upgrading of the health
facilities of the health center in our barangay.
Resolved Further, to furnish copies of this resolution to the offices/agencies
concerned or interested in the matter.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
ADOPTED this 15th of MARCH,2023 at Barangay Mabuhay, Mahaplag
Leyte.
