BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 08 – S’ 2018

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CITY MAYOR HON. RONNIEVIC C. LAGNADA THRU THE CITY ENGINEERS
OFFICE HEADED BY ENG. ROGELIO L. BATOCAEL TO MAKE A PROGRAM OF WORK THE BELOW LISTED
PROJECTS OF THE BARANGAY FOR THE CURRENT YEAR FUNDED UNDER THE 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT
FUND OF BARANGAY NONGNONG BUTUAN CITY.

WHEREAS, this barangay had planned to implement different projects which the source of fund will be taken from the
20% Barangay Development Fund for the Fiscal Year 2018, and the name of projects with its corresponding allocated
amount are as follows;
 Installation of the Street Lighting System at Purok 3 & Purok 6 -------------------- 24,000.00
 Rehab of Multi-Purpose Building (Day care Center) at Purok -1 -------------------- 50,000.00
 Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (ALS CLC) at Purok – 1 -------------------- 30,000.00
 Rehab of health Center (window jam and repainting) at Purok – 1 -------------------- 20,000.00
 Regarvelling of the Barangay Roads fromNongnong to bitan-agan
and to Sitio Imelda Mar -------------------- 255,000.00
 Development of Spring Water System at Purok – 6 and Purok – 8 -------------------- 18,677.77

WHEREAS, the said programs of works will be present to the Sangguniang Panglungsod on the hearing of the approval
of the Annual budget of Barangay Nongnong for the current year 2018 by SP Member Committee Chair on
Appropriation and finance for their technical review and approval;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Virgilio Gomez duly seconded by Kagawad Miguel Burdeos Jr. be it . . .

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO REQUEST THE CITY MAYOR HON. RONNIEVIC C. LAGNADA THRU THE
CITY ENGINEERS OFFICE HEADED BY ENG. ROGELIO L. BATOCAEL TO MAKE A PROGRAM OF WORK THE BELOW
LISTED PROJECTS OF THE BARANGAY FOR THE CURRENT YEAR FUNDED UNDER THE 20% BARANGAY
DEVELOPMENT FUND OF BARANGAY NONGNONG BUTUAN CITY.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the City Mayor’s Office, City Engineers Office and
all offices concerned for their information and appropriate action.
