BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 96 – SERIES OF 2017

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS
(68,720.00) OR SO MUCH THEREOF, FOR SUPPLEMENTAL EXPENDITURES OF BARANGAY NONGNONG,
BUTUAN CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2017, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. The Supplemental Budget No. 01 – 2017 of Barangay Nongnong under the savings from
the Personal Services of the General Fund for Fiscal year 2017 in the amount Sixty Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Twenty Pesos (68,720.00) or so much thereof is hereby approved.

Section 2. Source of Funds. The source of funds for Supplemental Budget No. 01 – 2017 in the total
amount of Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (68,720.00) only shall be as follows:

Section 3. Use of Funds. The amount of Sixty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos
(68,720.00) is hereby appropriated for Supplemental Budget No. 01 of Brgy. Nongnong under the Barangay
funds as follows:

Section 4. Separability Clause. If for any reason, any section or provision of this ordinance is declared valid
or unconstitutional other sections or provisions which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full
force and effect.

Section 5. Effectivity. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect on the date of approval.
