Barangay Council Resolution No. 30

series of 2022

RESOLUTION APPROVING MDC RESOLUTION NO. 2022-030, RE: REQUEST FOR THE REALIGNMENT OF
CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE 2022 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND TO OTHER
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration BDC resolution no. 2022-030 requesting for realignment
of the total amount of six thousand pesos (Php 6,000.00) 20% development fund from their specific
programs to other development projects consistent with the provisions of dilg-dbm memorandum
circular no. 2011-1.
 WHEREAS, considering the importance of each project where the said appropriations has to
be realigned, this Honorable Body deemed it necessary to approve BDC Resolution No. 2022-030, hence
this resolution

NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Prosperidad, Province of

Agusan del Sur to pass a RESOLUTION APPROVING MDC RESOLUTION NO. 2022-030, RE: REQUEST FOR
THE REALIGNMENT OF CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE 2022 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT
FUND TO OTHER PURPOSES

LET COPIES of this resolution be furnished to the offices concerned for their
information, guidance and appropriation.

APPROVED, adopted this 10th day of JUNE 2022 at Barangay Offices of Barangay
Napo, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur upon motion Hon. MIRAZOL H. SAGUINDAN. And duly
seconded by the body.
