DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and entered by and between:

JENIFFER FABROA TAPPA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 38 Alonzo St.,
Centro (Poblacion), Penablanca, Cagayan, hereinafter called the DONOR; and

RONALD FABROA FURIGAY, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 20-A Romero
St., Penablanca, Cagayan, hereinafter called the DONEE,

WITNESSETH:

             That the DONOR is the registered owner of a TRICYCLE WITH FRANCHISE more
particularly described as follows: MAKE: YAMAHA; CHASSIS NO.: 5RE1074293; ENGINE
NO.: 5RE1074293; BODY TYPE: TC; PLATE No. KZ9102;

            That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONEE inspires in
the DONOR, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and
freely give, transfer and convey, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, his heirs, executors
and assigns above-described TRICYCLE WITH FRANCHISE and all right, title and interest
which said DONOR have in the said property, free from all liens and encumbrances and
charges of whatsoever nature;

That the DONOR hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to
this donation, that she have reserved to herself sufficient property, in full ownership or in
usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for her and for her family’s support in
consonance with her standing in the society;

That the DONOR further state, for the same purpose as expressed in the next
preceding paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding her
creditors, having reserved to herself property sufficient to answer for her debts contracted
prior to this date;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this gift and donation made in his
favor by the DONOR, and he/she hereby expresses his appreciation and gratefulness for
the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the ___ th
day of April 2018 at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of Cagayan came and
appeared the afore-named parties, and they acknowledged the foregoing deed as their free
and voluntary act and deed. I have ascertained the identities of the parties based on
personal interview and based from their identification cards bearing their picture and
signature.

This instrument refers to a Deed of Donation consisting of two pages (2) including
the page where this acknowledgment is written and signed by the vendor and his witnesses
on each pages.
