SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, REV. FR. TORTILLANO DOLLER, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at Poblacion, Sergio
Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte, by these presents do hereby name, appoint and constitute AUTEDIO
BAYOBAY PARILLA, of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at Langatian, Roxas, Zamboanga del
Norte, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act for me, in my name, place and stead, to represent
me in the application for Barangay Clearance; application with the Department of Environment and
Natural Resources (DENR), Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) and/or
Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) and/or Regional Office of the DENR and
other relevant documents for a permit to cut the planted standing mahogany and magiumes trees,
cutting of said trees on my land, known as Lot No. 1109 of Pls-66, under Transfer Certificate of
Title T-65707, containing an area of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWO
(29,702) SQUARE METERS, situated at Sitio Layasan, Brgy. Bago (Siare), Sindangan,
Zamboanga del Norte, application for permit to saw and transport the lumber products produced
from said trees; to execute and sign whatever communications, documents, instruments, receipts or
papers requisite and necessary for said applications; and to negotiate and enter into contracts needed
for the purpose herein stipulate.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact such full power and authority
requisite and necessary to carry out the foregoing authorization and hereby ratifying whatever he may
do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
