SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EDITA DE LOS SANTOS GOLOSO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT RAYMUND JALA,
Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, to be our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, places and stead, to do the following specific acts:

1. To process, transact, represent in my behalf and facilitate the approval of my application

for building permit for the intended construction of a residential building in Lot 2890-B-
7, Psd-07-054838 covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-55221 with an area
of 451 square meters situated in the District of Dao, Tagbilaran City with the City
Government of Tagbilaran;
2. To execute, make and sign all papers/documents and perform all other acts necessary
and proper to carry into effect the foregoing authority; and
3. To receive and handcarry the approval of the said application.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
