DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

WITH ASSUMPTION OF OBLIGATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Transfer of Rights with Assumption of Obligation made and


executed this ____ day of __________, 2021, by and between:

_____________________________, of legal age, married to


__________________________________, Filipino and a residence of
__________________________________, now and hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEROR;

-and-

_____________________________, of legal age, married to


__________________________________, Filipino and a residence of
__________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEREE;

WITHNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the TRANSFEROR has acquired all rights and interest to one (1)
condominium unit known as _________________________________ project,
particularly identified as Unit _________, located at _____________________________
___________________________________.

NOW, THEREFORE, far and in consideration of the sum of ( Total Contract


Price) __________________________________________________________________
___________________ (Php _______________) Philippine Currency, the
TRANSFEROR hereby cedes, transfer, assigns, and conveys unto the TRANSFEREE
his heirs, successors, and assigns any of all his/her rights and interest, pursuant to the
Contract to Sell/Option Agreement, in a manner of absolute and irrevocable.

TRANSFEREE hereby agrees to assume and comply fully with all the
obligations of the TRANSFEROR under the aforesaid Contract to Sell/Option
Agreement including payments of utilities such as water, electric bill, and the like
consequent to use and possession of said condominium unit. TRANSFEREE further
undertakes to comply with all the restrictions imposed on the unit subject hereof by the
Condominium Corporation of the Project.

Upon full payment of the total consideration under this deed, evidenced by either
the written acknowledgement of such fact by TRANSFEROR or such other proof of the
encashment of all issued check, this deed shall be considered as a Deed of Absolute
Transfer of Rights over said condominium unit to and in favor of TRANSFEREE for
all legal intents and purposes, the TRANSFEROR further undertake to execute and
deliver to TRANSFEREE any and all such documents and papers necessary and
convenient to effect transfer of ownership in favor of TRANSFEREE over said
condominium unit as may be required under the terms of the aforesaid Contract to
Sell/Option Agreement;
It is understood however, that all the consequential expenses for said transfer of
ownership, documentary stamp, and such other fees, shall be borne by the
TRANSFEREE.
