00733 containing an area of 23.65 square meters.

Transfer of full ownership from EMILIA LUCAS VDA DE LONTOC or ANY OF THE
SURVIVING HEIRS to Mrs. ROSALIE DE ASIS DELOSO shall be made upon the
availability of any and all necessary deed of Instruments of sale of the above declared
