ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT OF PARTIAL PAYMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

I, _________________, married to ________________________, both of legal age, Filipinos,

with residence and postal address at _________________________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the RECIPIENT/VENDOR, do hereby acknowledge receipt of the
amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00) as advance payment of the
parcel of land I sold to ___________________________________, with residence and postal
address at ______________________________________________________, hereinafter
referred to as the PAYOR/VENDEE.

This payment received will serve as an advance payment of the Payor/Vendee to the
_________________________________________________ portion of a registered parcel of
land located in ______________________________________, covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. ___________________ she bought from me.

That the balance of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 230,000.00) shall be paid in
cash upon release of Certificate Authorizing Registration by the respective government
agency.

That upon receipt of the full payment of the Recipient/Vendor, the latter shall execute an
Absolute Deed of Sale and submit the required documents to the respective government agency
for the process of title transfer, all in favour of the Payor/Vendee.
