the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 5, Blk. 76; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Road 2 (8.00 M. R.O.W);
on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 1, Blk. 7 all of the Subd. Plan. Containing an area of TWO
HUNDRED (200) square meters; covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 021-
2013000663.
