This agreement of Extra Judicial Succession with Special Power of Attorney executed

plan on the NW., along line 2-5 by lot 554-D ., on the NE., along line 3-6 by lot 5549-F both of
Psd-10043, on the SE., along line 6-7 by Maluid Creek and on the SW., along line 7-8-9-1 by lot
5549-G-1 of the subd. plan x x x Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
THIRTY FOUR (4,934) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
Reserved 20.00meters wide for Legal Easement.

WHEREAS, that at the time of death of the aforementioned deceased, she died without
any will or testament on the disposition of her estate;

WHEREAS, the owners of the parcel of land reserved 20m wide legal easement adjacent
to the said parcel of land;

WHEREAS, no other personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial succession;

That to the best of our knowledge and information the said descendants left no debts;

That the above-named heirs hereby inherit and caused the subdivision of the
aforementioned parcel of land with equal share.

NOW THEREFORE, We the above legal and compulsory legal heirs of the
aforementioned deceased invoking the provision of Section 1 and 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court, do hereby, and by these presents, SUCCEED, CONVEY and ADJUDICATE unto and in
our favor the undivided portion of the above-mentioned real property. That no intestate
proceeding was filed for the settlement of the above-described estate, and that there are debts or
obligation outstanding and unpaid left by the deceased ________________________________.
 SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
