That we are the absolute and registered owners of a parcel of land

That on the technical descriptions appearing on the aforementioned

title reads:

thence W. 55 deg. 29’E., 9.92 m. to pt. 4;
thence W. 23 deg. 48’E., 25.70 m. to the of beginning;

containing an Area of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (254) square meters.

Whereas, on the copy of approved Lot plan and Lot data

computation for Lot 7971-B secured from
Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 4-A in Los
Banos Laguna, the technical descriptions, reads:

The true and correct technical description is shown by the

c o p y   o f   a p p r o v e d   l o t p l a n   a n d l o t   d a t a computation secured
from DENR- Region 4-A in Los Banos, Laguna and not as appearing
in the technical descriptions of the Transfer certificate of Title No. T-123456.
 That we executed this affidavit to attest the above-stated facts for all
legal intents and purposes.
