and all the improvements contained therein, measuring to _________________________

That I have the valid and peaceful possession of the property and further declare that the
said property is free and clear of any occupants, claimants and tenants, farmers, liens and
encumbrances of whatever kind and nature;

assigns over the above-described parcel of land herein transferred and conveyed, and we will
forever defend and protect her rights against the unlawful claim or claims of any third person
whomsoever.
