1. To transact, negotiate, represent for and in behalf of the herein principal with
respect particularly to the real property declared in the name of Casiano Macatangay,
late father herein principal/grantor located at Brgy. Poblacion, Cajidiocan, Romblon
and more particularly described as follows:
2. To offer for sale and enter into a contract of sale with respect to the above
said property in favor of any third person or interested buyer of the same, and further
representative is authorized to sign in the deed of sale that shall be executed and made
by and between the herein principal and the prospective buyer for and in behalf of the
former;
3. To process, claim, demand, ask, request, receive, and to obtain copy of the
following:
a) Re-Issuance of Owner’s Duplicate copy of the OCT which was Lost registered in the
name of Casiano Macatangay;
b) tax clearance certificate of the above-mentioned property, certificate of no
improvement (original) and approved survey plan of the property from the competent
respective government agencies that have the custody of the said documents relative to
the above described property for the purpose of transferring title or ownership to the
buyer;
4. To sign, execute and receive any and all documents appurtenant thereto to
expedite and cause no delay of the above-said transaction and dealings that may be
transacted and dealt with by the herein attorney-in-fact;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
personally present with power of substitution and revocation;
