SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, SPOUSES ALBERTO R. ESCANIO and ISABELITA S. ESCANIO, both of legal

age, Filipinos and with residence address at 843 87" St., Daly City, California by these presents
do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MARCELA S. GLORIANI, single, of legal age, Filipino
and with residence and postal address at Mendez, Cavite to be our true and lawful
attorney-In-fact, for our names, place and stead, for our own use and benefit, to do and perform
any and all of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To facilitate, sell, offer for sale, and convey to whosoever may buy or purchase à
property located at Patutong malaki South, Tagaytay City, Cavite which is covered by
Tax Declaration ARPNAC-00025-00014/TCT No. 076-2014003430, containing an area
of FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVEN SQUARE METERS (5,107 SQ..), more or
less;

2. To sign and execute the Deed of Absolute Sale for the sale of the above-described
property,

3. To receive and deposit any proceeds from the above-mentioned sale and sign the
acknowledgment receipt on our behalf;

4. In the event of Manager’s check payment, to be the payee of the check that will be
issued by the buyer for the payment of the purchase price;

5. To represent me before any government office or agency, request for necessary

procedures and issuance of documents needed for the completion of the
above-mentioned, and to sign and execute any and all papers related to its completion;

6. To do and perform any and all acts which may be requisite, necessary or proper for the
accomplishment or to carry out the foregoing purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as might or could lawfully do if
personally present. Hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
