2. To prepare, amend or revise, sign, execute, submit and file all the Capital Gains and
Documentary Stamp Tax returns and such other documents as may be necessary and
required, pursuant to the Deed of Absolute Sale relating to the sale and transfer in
favor of (Name of Buyer) of all our rights, title, and interest in a parcel of land covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________________;
4. To file and process the TIN Verification of the buyers namely, (Name of Buyer);
5. To pay the corresponding Taxes and Fees as may be due and/or payable before the
relevant Revenue District Offices of the BIR;
6. To file and process the application for the issuance of the Electronic Certificate
Authorizing Registration (“e-CAR”), with the Bureau of Internal Revenue pursuant to
the Deed of Absolute Sale relating to the sale and transfer in favor of (Name of Buyer)
of all our rights, title, and interest in a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. _________________;
7. To sign any and all documents and to do any and all acts relative to the application,
processing, and receipt of the e-CAR.
8. To appear and represent me before the City Assessor’s Office and City Treasurer’s
Office of Tagaytay City, Cavite in connection with the sale and transfer of a parcel
of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________________;
9. To pay the corresponding Real Property Taxes and Fees as may be due and/or payable
before the City Treasurer’s Office of Dasmarinas;
10. To file and process the application for the issuance of Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance
and Certificate of Land Holdings with the City Assessor’s Office of Dasmarinas;
11. To appear and represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”)
pursuant to the Deed of Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate of FELIZARDO J. PAJE in
connection with the property located at Block 4 Lot 7, Canberra St., Crescent Hills
Village, Burol Main, Dasmarinas City;
12. To pay the corresponding Taxes and Fees as may be due and/or payable before the
relevant Revenue District Offices of the BIR;
13. To appear and represent me before the Registry of Deeds for Province of Cavite
pursuant to the Deed of Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate of FELIZARDO J. PAJE in
connection with the property located at Block 4 Lot 7, Canberra St., Crescent Hills
Village, Burol Main, Dasmarinas City;
14. To file and process the application for the issuance of the Certified True Copy of the
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2013008023 and Certificate of Land Holdings;
15. To pay to the Registry of Deeds for Province of Cavite, any sum or amount requisite for
the filing and issuance of the Certified True Copy;
16. To sign and receive any and all the requested documents above-mentioned and to do
any and all acts relative to the application and processing of the Deed of Extra Judicial
Settlement of Estate of FELIZARDO J. PAJE;
17. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite, necessary
or proper to carry out the above purposes.
18. That this Special Power of Attorney shall remain valid and binding until the same has
been modified, altered or revoked in writing.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
