SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

hereby name, constitute, and appoint _______________________, of legal age,

Philippines, to be my/our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me/us in my/our name,
place and stead, to do all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To purchase a parcel of land and all its improvements located at

2. To make, sign, and execute any and all documents in my behalf

which may be necessary or required for the purchase of the above-
said property, including, but not limited to, the necessary Contract
to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale of Real Property;

3. To file, sign, and execute housing loan application with the Pag-
IBIG Fund for a loan in any amount that may be approved by the
said institution, offering as security for the payment of said loan the
property/ies covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
______________________, Lot No. ______________, Block No.
_________ of the Registry of Deeds of La Union, Philippines, under
such terms and conditions as my said Attorney-in-Fact may deem
proper and convenient;

4. To sign, execute and deliver Promissory Note and Loan and

Mortgage Agreement in favor of Pag-IBIG Fund, as well as other
documents that may be required by the said institution in
connection with the said loan;

5. To receive the proceeds of the Promissory Note which my said

Attorney-in-Fact may execute in connection with the mortgage
contract relative thereto and the refund of retention fees if any; and

6. To encash, endorse, or negotiate the check/checks that may be

issued by Pag-IBIG Fund in connection with the said loan and
refund of retention fees.

7. To make, sign, and execute Assignment of Loan Proceeds in favor

of VASTANA PROPERTIES AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I/We might or could do,
I personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
that my/our said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue
of these presents.
