CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

Videography Services Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of 14th day of February 2024, between:

KARL LAURENZ L. ACUBA (Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Pulido GMA, Cavite), referred to as "Client,"
residence of Barangay Pulido Block 32 Lot 10 GMA, Cavite.

KHURT ANNE NIÑA L. DUPRA (Candidate of Barangay Pulido for Ms. GMA 2024), referred to as third party," residence of
#327 Area H Block 28 Lot 9 Barangay Bernardo Pulido GMA, Cavite.

JERZON M. DOLIENTE, referred to as "Videographer," residence of Block 13 Lot 24 Barangay Anahaw 1 Silang, Cavite,
with a contact number of +63907080546.

1. Services Provided: The Videographer agrees to provide videography services to create a tourism video shoot for Ms.
GMA Candidate's pre-liminary campaign and other related activities.

2. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

 Filming and creating Tourism video shoot

 Providing high-quality video footage capturing essential moments.

 Editing and post-production work as agreed upon by all parties.

 Delivering the final video content in the agreed-upon format.

3. Compensation: The Client (SK Chairman) agrees to pay the Videographer the sum of PHP 10,000.00 for the
videography services rendered. Payment will be made in CASH.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights: The Client and Ms. GMA Candidate shall have full ownership and rights to use the video
footage captured by the Videographer for promotional, advertising, and any other purposes related to Ms. GMA
Candidate's campaign.

5. Schedule: The parties will agree upon a schedule for filming events and interviews, with flexibility for any necessary
adjustments.

6. Equipment and Facilities: The Videographer shall provide all necessary equipment for capturing high-quality video
footage. The Client and Ms. GMA Candidate shall provide access to necessary facilities and permissions required for
filming at various locations.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [Notice Period] written notice to the other party for any
reason. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Videographer for services rendered up to the termination
date.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
