Memorandum of Agreement
For the Talugtug Town Fiesta on February 5, 2017

Know all men by these presents.

That PhilmArts events and production services located at 402 Don Antonio Sports Center
Commonwealth Quezon City will be the show provider.

1) That Philmarts will be the show provider / organizer of a variety show to The Municipality of
Talugtug Nueva Ecija Philippines under the supervision of Mayor Quintino S. Capillo Jr. on February 5,
2017 at 7:00 pm onwards. The duration of the event will be 2 hours.

2) That Philmarts will provide the lights and sounds making use of Stage Mapping digital backdrop
technology for the said event and printing of tickets.

3) That Philmarts will provide all the performers and transportations to the venue of the said event.

Whereas: The Municipality of Talugtug Nueva Ecija under the supervision of Mayor Quintino S. Capillo
herein after referred to as the event producer and town fiesta event organizer.
1) That Municipality of Talugtug will provide the Venue, electrical supply

2) That the Municipality of Talugtug will be responsible for the safety and security of all the artists and
their viewers mentioned above as well as the providing of event Marshals for the said event.

3) That the Municipality of Talugtug will pay Philmarts Events and production services the amount of
Php. 150,000.00 ( one hundred and fifty thousand pesos ) as services fee.. The amount will be derived
from the fiesta municipal funds, ticket sales to sponsors.

4) That the Municipality of Talugtug will remit 50% of the sold tickets one week before the said events
as initial down payment for the artists and to Philmarts event services. Full payment will be before the
start of the concert/ Variety show.

5) That the Municipality of Talugtug will provide the stand by area for all artists and production staff of
Philmarts.. Food of all Artists and production staff wiil be provided by the municipality

6) That in an event of force majeure situations such as weather disturbances, earthquake, typhoon,
etc. the mentioned events will be rescheduled to another date. Such movement of dates shall be
approve by both parties.

Now therefore for the amounts and conditions listed above, both parties have agreed and affixed their
signatures to deem this agreement binding and lawful.
