This Catering Agreement is made and entered into this 4 April 2022 at City/Municipality of Koronadal City,
Province of South Cotabato, by and between:
Sheila's Park Family Resto, an organization duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines with principal address at Balmores St. (near Agreville Ph. 2), Brgy. Sto. Nino, Koronadal
City., represented in this act by Juan Dela Cruz, hereinafter referred to as the "Caterer"
-and-
Global Technopreneurship Corp., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines with principal address at Brgy. Kipalbig, Tampakan, South Cotabato,
represented in this act by John Lloyd Clemente, hereinafter referred to as the "Client"
Client and Caterer may be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".
WHEREAS, Client wishes to retain Caterer to cater an Event (as defined below);
WHEREAS, Caterer has the skills, qualifications, and expertise required to provide catering services to
Client;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties do
hereby agree as follows:
1. EVENT
Caterer will provide catering services for the following event: Global Expo.
The details for the event are as follows:

III. INCLUSIONS
The catering services will also include the following:
Full catering equipment and utensils: cutlery, silverware, chinaware, linens, glassware; guest tables and
chairs, set up of buffet table
IV. STAFF OR EMPLOYEES
The Caterer shall only utilize the following staff or employees to assist in the catering services, as these
individuals are hereby approved and agreed to by Client:

Michael Ormilla
Vinz Sadiang-Abay
Cedrick Rufino
Lorisel Longos
John Smith
Max Reynolds
V. FEES
Client will pay a fixed fee of Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos (30,000.00).
In addition to the Fee, Client will also pay a deposit of Ten Thousand Philippine Pesos (10,000.00) on or
before 5 April 2022. Thereafter, the balance shall be paid as follows:

Client understands and acknowledges that the cost of the Menu items and ingredients may fluctuate. If
costs fluctuate to the extent that it will no longer be profitable for caterer to undertake this job, Client
agrees that Client may:
Changes to the number of guests, Menu items, dates, or venues must be made no later than the following
amount of time before the event: 1 week. Any changes made past this deadline and agreed to by the
Caterer will be subject to a penalty charge as follows:
VIII. CANCELLATION
If the Event is cancelled after the execution of this Agreement through no fault of the Caterer, Caterer
shall be entitled to the following:
any losses or breakages due to guests; Overtime fee of 60 Pesos per hour for every waiter if his or her
service is needed for more than 3 hours.
X. COMPLIANCE
Caterer shall comply with all laws regarding the preparation and service of food.
This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed and agreed upon by both parties.

The summary of the essential elements of this contract are the awareness of the client to the
cancellations and other charges to the employees. Stated in the contract is the capacity of the guests that
will be served. The compliance of the caterers of the law regarding the preparation and service of the
food. The acceptance of what was talked about in the contract, and the legality of this contract which
binds the deal that they made.
