I. FUNCTION ROOM REQUIREMENTS
Inclusions:
Use of the function room per day with required social distancing set up
Two (2) Snacks and Bento Lunch or Set Meal in a separate meal venue
50% off vouchers for Dimsum Unlimited in Xin Tian Di Restaurant for maximum of 15 persons
50% off vouchers for a Premiere Room with Breakfast for 2 each (max of 2 room nights stay)
5 mbps per participant
Bottled water per person
Hot coffee or tea upon request
Use of standard conference equipment (PA system, two (2) microphones, podium)
A meeting debrief with the planner to review your meeting experience
Rate Information:
Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT, 10% service charge and local tax.
Rates extended are specifically for this event, at the agreed dates and number of persons
guaranteed.
Should there be changes in event dates, the Hotel reserves the right to review the prices
quoted. Function rooms will be subject to space availability.

Meetings & Events
Banquet employees are provided with protective gear
(2) meters spacing between chairs for social distancing
Monitored ventilation and temperature control of event spaces
Provision of disinfectants during events
All tables provided with hand sanitizers for guests’ use
Bento box or pre–plated service for lunch. Strict managed buffet service once available
ROOM RATES
Inclusions:
Set Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant for two (2) persons
Complimentary WiFi access
Complimentary two (2) bottles of mineral water, replenished daily
Complimentary coffee and tea set-up
Rate Information:
Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT, 10% service charge and local tax.
Rates extended are specifically for this event, at the agreed dates and rates extended are
specifically for this event or group, at the agreed dates and number of rooms blocked.
Should there be changes in event dates and/or room block, the Hotel reserves the right to
review the prices quoted.
Room allocation will be subject to space availability.
Please note that no function room and guest rooms are being held at this point.
Function room and guest room assignments are subject to availability at the time final request
for reservation is made.
Kindly advise final details of function room requirements so we can secure the function space.
Cut-off date to reserve is on or before 20 July 2021. Draft of contract will be raised thereafter.

III. CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation or penalty fee for any forced postponement of the event due to Government mandate.
The required 50% payment is required as basis of confirmation along with the signed contract.
The remaining 50% payment must be settled 14 days prior the event date.
Any incidental charges must be settled right after the function in cash or credit card basis only.
Request for Send Bill Arrangement will be based on Management’s review and approval.
