Warm greetings from Events at 68K!

Thank you for considering “Events at 68K” for your upcoming event. We are pleased to present to you our proposal for your Event
inquiry on the said date:

Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT. Rates are valid for this event only. Maximum capacity is subject to change depending on the
function layout required.
The above Proposal includes:
 Use of function space at the above-mentioned contracted time.
 Use of Tables and upgraded Tiffany Chairs.
 2-hours ingress time before the contracted time.
 2-hours egress time after the contracted time.
 House Lights and Audio System
 Complimentary use of hot and cold-water dispenser
 Pre and post disinfection of the venue.
Notes:
 Additional PHP 3,000.00 will be charged for the outside supplier such as Mobile Bar, Food Stands and Caterers.
 Additional PHP 10,000.00 will be charged for the outside supplier of Audio and Lights.
 Additional PHP 15,000.00 will be charged for the outside supplier of LED Wall.
 Additional PHP 3,000.00 for the Training Rooms if needed.
 Number of guests are subject for change basing on the released IATF Guidelines.
 Rates quoted are based on volume of Events Venue covers quoted above and may change if the numbers of venues are
reduced or increased.
 Additional Equipment are available upon request, and subject to additional fees.
 Overtime stay in the Meeting Room after the above-mentioned time will be charge PHP 2,000.00 per hour. A 15minute
allowance will be given after the contracted time, charges will apply after the grace period.
 Rental venue during nighttime from 6:00PM onwards will apply additional 12% charge on top of the regular rate.
 Whole day pay parking near the venue amounting to PHP 50.00 per car.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. BILLING ARRANGEMENT

We are requiring settling the 50% down payment UPON SIGNING OF CONTRACT and the remaining balance of the total estimated
charges to be settled ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

*** Security Deposit equivalent to Ten percent (10%) shall also be settled together with the reservation fee. This will be held by EVENTS
AT 68 KALAYAAN during the terms of agreement and will be returned in full amount to CLIENT within 7 working days after the actual
event.

If CLIENT violates the terms of the agreement or causes loss and/or any damages to EVENTS AT 68 KALAYAAN’S property, the latter
may retain any portion of the deposit necessary to compensate for financial burdens caused by the CLIENT. Proper documentation
and recommendation shall be provided.
Events at 68 Kalayaan only accepts Cash and Cheque as form of settlement. Check must be made payable to WESTCO ELECTRICAL AND
EQUIPMENT CORP.

II. HEALTH AND SAFETTY PROTOCOL

All stakeholders, employees, customers, and guests of WESTCO, VCP Trading, and PAMAVTech shall strictly comply and adhere to all health
and safety protocols as initiated by 68 Kalayaan-VCP Building Administration, and Safety Committee. We reserve the right to refuse entry
or to remove from premise those who are in violation of the health and safety standards. ALL VISITORS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND
IF NOT, A NEGATIVE RESULT OF ANTIGEN TEST WILL DO WITHIN 24-HOURS BEFORE THE SAID EVENT DATE.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals under 17 years of age: exempted from the RT-PCR or Antigen Testing
requirement if parents are fully vaccinated.

III. CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION

Cancellations made 16 days or more in advance of the event date, will be subject to a 50% fee. No refunds will be issued if
cancellations are made 15 days or less of the reserved date.

IV. FORCE MAJEURE

Both parties shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or
delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes,
embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
