SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANTONIO G. ALCAIDE, JR., married, Filipino, of legal age, and with

postal address at _________________________________, hereby APPOINT,
NAME AND CONSTITUTE, my daughter ABEGAIL C. ALCAIDE and my son,
GIDEON PAUL C. ALCAIDE, both Filipinos, of legal ages, with postal address at
______________________________, to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, deeds and
things to wit:

1. To sell, transfer and convey for whatever price, terms and conditions, in full
payment or by installment, that they may deem proper and fit, my undivided
interest/portion on real properties located within the Philippines;

2. To accept and collect in full or by installment the proceeds of sale of the

aforementioned properties which can be paid in cash or check under the
name of either my daughter, Abegail C. Alcaide and my son, Gideon Paul C.
Alcaide and to sign for the receipt thereof;

3. To sign and execute any and all documents of sale transfer or conveyance,
whether by Deed of Absolute Sale or by Deed of Conditional Sale or any
Memorandum of Agreement to that effect, of the aforementioned properties;

4. To pay any and all unpaid or accrued property taxes including such capital
gains and documentary stamp taxes necessary to effect the registration of
the sale and the transfer of title of the said properties to the buyer or
purchaser of the same;

5. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary to
undertake the execution and finalization of sale, transfer or conveyance of
the said property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact full

power and authority to do whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could lawfully do
if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorneys-
in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents. And that, in
case I cause the revocation of this authority, prospective buyer/s shall not be bound
thereby unless they are informed through a notarized written revocation personally
received by them.
