SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

 
 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
I, MAXIMA CABRAS RUYCA, Filipino, widow, with residence and postal
address at 54 F. Rallos Street, Suba, Cebu City, do hereby appoint my niece,
GIOVANNA MARIE CORROPE TABANAO, Filipino, single, with residence and postal
address at 108 F. Rallos Street, Suba, Cebu City, as my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1) To represent me for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS

FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 67742 in my name
with the concerned agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and
particularly described herein as follows:

paper(s) as well as claim or receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the
concerned agencies of offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;

3) To represent me and transact business with the Registry of Deeds, Land

Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s Office, and other
government offices or agencies in all matters relating to the foregoing power;

4) To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or incidental
to carry our effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby
given;

5) GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes
as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution or
revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.

 HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative and our mother full power and
authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power
enumerated above, as though we myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY
APPROVING ALL that they may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of their
person and revocation of this instrument.
