PETITION

PETITIONER, by himself, unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully manifest

and aver that:
1. That Petitioner is of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Bulao, Basey,
Samar, where he can be served with summons and other processes by this
Honorable Office;
2. That Petitioner is a farmer and an actual tiller over Lot No. 1535-B previously
claimed but recently waived by ANTONIO ABIERAS in Plan No. Psd-08-033633-
D(AR) embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title CLOA No. 35 located at Brgy.
Bulao, Basey, Samar;
3. That the aforementioned farm lot was covered under the Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) of the government pursuant to the
provisions of RA 6657 thru Executive Order 229 and was awarded to six (6)
farmer beneficiaries in the name of GUILLERMO A. ABEBUAG, ROGER P.
ABEBUAG, DIORICO M. AVILA, ANACORITA A. ORGUINO, LETECIA B. JADLOC
and REMEDIOS R. ABEBUAG.
4. That due to the deaths of ANACORITA A. ORGUINO and REMEDIOS R.
ABEBUAG and the old age of the other surviving co-owners, relatives willing to
farm and are actually tilling the land such as the Petitioner assumed all the
rights, obligations and responsibilities left on some areas uncultivated.
 5. That Petitioner possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications of a farmer beneficiary and has the willingness to make the
land productive.

VERIFICATION

I, MONCHITO A. OPENIANO, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Brgy.

Bulao, Basey, Samar, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and state:

1. That I am the petitioner in the above entitled case;

2. That I caused the preparations and filing of the aforementioned petition for
inclusion of a farmer beneficiary involving Lot 1535-B of Plan No. Psd-08-
033633-D(AR) embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title CLOA No. 35 with
Serial No. 00017001 located at Brgy. Bulao, Basey, Samar;
3. That I have understood the allegations contained therein and the same are
true to the best of my knowledge.
