Agrarian Reform Secretary in enforcing the
assailed provisions of RA 6657.

Luz Farms contended that raising of


livestock and poultry only uses the land as
a mere settlement but different in the use of
planting and farming.

Issue
WON the raising of livestock, poultry and
swine is covered by the Comprehensive
Agrarian Reform Law.
